I'M NOT A CHAPTER! I'M SO SORRY ABOUT THE LONG WAIT!

YOU ALL HAVE BEEN SO PATIENTLY WAITING AND I, LIKE THE FAILURE I AM, HAVE DISAPPOINTED YOU SO! I SHOULD JUST GIVE UP ON LIFE AND WRITING AND COOKIES AND… wait, what am I saying?

Cookies are what makes the world go round…well, duct tape too, but since the cookies are the one thing that the dark side has that will bring in more recruits…

LONG LIVE THE COOKIES!

LONG LIVE THE COOKIES!

LONG LIVE THE COOKES!

(Hawkeye walks up and kisses the author passionately before disappearing back into her mind. Author stands there in a daze before Gibbs walks up and slaps her on the back of the head. She rubs her head sheepishly before turning to her audience.)

Sorry about that folks…I needed to have a bit of a meltdown first.

Anyway I apologize again to everyone who has favored, followed, or reviewed my story that there's no new chapter.

Trying to write two stories at the same time while working and taking care of my little sister who just had knee surgery has shot my nerves.

Luckily, she's now able to get around the house and do the basic necessities without anyone's help so I'll be back to writing my stories soon. This time though, I'll be finishing up Firing On All Cylinders first before I move back to The Furyan's Mate.

Please lower your pitchforks and tomatoes and let me explain.

The Furyan's Mate is actually the start to a bigger project for Harry Potter that I'm planning on doing, and I want to be giving that project as much of my attention as I can. So for those of you who are following this story, please be patient with me a little longer. But even though I haven't been near my computer, I've been writing rough drafts for upcoming chapters for Firing On All Cylinders while I've been taking care of my sister. They just need a little bit more tweaking and rewriting, and they'll all be up soon.

Hang in there my wonderful readers. The reviews, favorites, and follows that I've received in my absence have let me know that you all still want me to write more and I truly appreciate that.
