Okay everybody. After getting pretty positive reviews on my new idea, here is a preview of the new chapter 2! I hope you like the way I'm taking it!

It took a lot of convincing for my mom to let me move to LA with my dad. All I knew was I couldn't stand to be in that city with those people anymore.

Thalia came to visit me while I was home. She tried to talk me out of the move, but she understood why it needed to happen.

She told me that after I ran out of the school, she screamed at Rachel and slapped her. That made me a lot happier, but I still couldn't get the image of Percy laughing out of my mind. But I knew I had to get over it and get over him.

The night I started packing up my room, I found a lot of stuff from elementary school. There was a picture of me and Thalia on the swings from 2nd grade. Another picture with me and Percy and Thalia. And finally me and Percy. We were laughing and we looked like best friends should. I quickly threw the picture in the trash not wanting to be remembered of him anymore.

By the end of the week I was packed. Thalia came by to say goodbye & there were lots of tears and hugging.

My mom told me that Percy tried to come by almost once a day. That made me feel happy at first but then it just made me upset.

2 hours after saying bye to Thalia I am on the plane to LA. It's weird knowing I may never come be coming back.

After what felt like a never-ending flight, the plane has finally landed. I quickly stand up and reach into the overhead compartment and grab my bag. I wait in the line of people before I can finally exit the terminal.

After grabbing my suitcases from the baggage claim I pick up my phone to call my dad to see where he is. After finding out that he is only a few minutes from where I am, I pick up my bags and walk over to him. When I spot him I start to run towards him and give him a huge hug.

"I missed you so much Dad!" I say muffled by his shirt.

"I missed you too Annie" he says into my hair. I don't bother to correct him because right now I am just happy to be with my dad and also… away from New York.

After our mini reunion, my dad and I are finally on our way to his home. I start to get nervous. I haven't seen Susan, my stepmom for years and I also haven't met my two half-brothers. I tell myself everything will be okay and to stop worrying.

When we get to the house my dad helps me get my stuff out of the car. I can't stop myself from staring at the house. It was gorgeous!

There was a garden full of purple hydrangeas and yellow and pink carnations and a whole bunch of other plants that I don't know the name for. The house was made of stones and the roof was red.

I could hardly hear my dad calling me, telling me to hurry up and follow him. The inside of the house was as amazing as the outside. This house is amazing for me. Not just because of the looks on the outside, but what the architecture of it was. My dream job.

A woman, who after zoning back in, I realize is Susan enters with a smile on her face.

"Hey Annabeth!" she says while pulling me into a bone crushing hug. "It's been so long since I last saw you. You've definitely grown up!"

"Nice to see you to Susan," I say trying to sound as enthusiastic as she did. Two boys run into the room arguing rather loudly.

"I wanna say hi to her first!" the boy with shorter hair screamed.

"No, I wanna say hi first!" The second boy with longer hair and lighter hair screamed.

"Hey guys, why don't you both say hi to me at the same time?" I say bending down to be their height.

They looked at each other and then put 3 fingers up. 3 2 1.

"Hi!" they said in unison. I couldn't help but laugh at them.

"Hi guys! I'm Annabeth! Now…. Which one of you is Matthew?"

"Me!" the boy with shorter hair said.

"Hi Matthew,, nice to meet you," I say putting my hand out for him to shake. Instead he pulls me in for a hug, " Thank you. Now that means that you must be Bobby!" I say turning my head to the boy with longer hair.

"Yes!" he says pulling me into another hug. I was getting hugged a lot today.

I then remember that my dad and Susan were standing there. They were both smiling. I smile back at them.

I knew that I made the right choice when I decided to come and live here.

Okay so yes I copied a bit of the last part of the chapter from another chapter, but i thought it fit there. So this is the new and improved chapter 2. I'm going to be deleting the other chapters in a few days I just have to get writing the others. So after this YEAR LONG struggle to write, I am going to be ATTEMPTING some sort of schedule for myself. Not for posting them though because I'm not sure how often I'll be able to write. But I hope everyone likes the new story line. And I'm pretty sure what I have an idea of has been done before but I'm going to attempt to make it unique and my own. So thank you all who have continued to tell me to update and eventually got me to actually do it. I hope you guys like it!
