The Vongola familgia walked up the pathway that led to the Vongola Manor. The Ninth had invited them here for some kind of party. Apparently everyone was going to be there.

"Isn't this party exciting?" Yamamoto grinned listening to the sound coming from the back.

"Idiot! It's an honor! Not for fun." Gokudera snarled then turned puppy-ish. "Isn't it boss?"

"Ah. Sure Gokudera-kun." Tsuna was keeping an eye on Chrome who thankfully was admiring the gardens.

Suddenly Tsuna was knocked to the ground by twin blurs. The brown eyed boss yelped. The two rolling balls stood up into to two little kids.

"Sorry mister." The little girl with black hair said.

The boy hid partially behind her. He had pretty silver colored hair.

"YOU TWO BRATS KNOCKED OVER THE TENTH!" Gokudera yelled angrily.

Tsuna held up a placating hand. "Go-Gokudera-kun. It's"

"YOU'D BETTER RUN BEFORE I BLOW YOU TO BITS!" The grey haired bombardier threatened.

The kid's eyes watered and they turned to run crying.

"Gokudera!" Tsuna scolded as he ran off after the twin children.

"Mommy! Daddy!" They kids were crying. "Where are you?"

"Hey!" Tsuna yelled. "It's ok!"

"I don't remember how to get back!" The boy sobbed.

"Wait a second! I can help you!" Tsuna said trying to catch up.

They paused for one second then ran again when they heard the pursuit. Yamamoto and Gokudera had joined in on the chase.

"MOMMY!" They screeched.

Suddenly after their cry there came an earth shaking yell of "VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOI!"

Shoot. The Varia was here! What would they if they found the kids? Tsuina ran even faster at the thought. The twins apparently spooked by the noise had taken there running to the next speed. They ducked under a hedge.

"Tenth wait up!" Gokudera called.

Tsuna ducked down to shimmy passed the bush that separated one garden from the next. He crawled out on his hands and knees. There was a click like pistol being pumped. Tsuna looked up straight into the barrel of a familiar gun. Yamamoto and Gokudera crawled out next to him and frozen.

"VOI! Terrorizing little kids now?"

Mouths hung open with blatant shock. Xanxus with his other arms was supporting the silver haired boy. The kid gripped him tightly and peeked out of his wild mane of hair. Squalo held the little girl to his chest. Suddenly Tsuna realized something. Both kids had bright crimson eyes.

"I-I was trying to g-get them back to their parents." Tsuna shook out.

"Well you accomplished that." Squalo turned and headed away.

Xanxus threateningly put his weapon away. "Touch them. Even look at them again and I'll kill you." He turned to follow his captain.
