"Hey Yang." Blake asked as she and her best friend walked through the woods behind the orphanage. The blonde was walking alone a fallen log.

"Yeah?"

"Do you think we'll still be best friends when we grow up?" The faunus asked. Twitching her ears under the bow Yang had given her.

"Of course we'll be together!" Yang said. "Even if we get adopted separately!"

"Even if-"

"Even if!"

"Yang, you didn't even let me finish."

"You didn't need to finish it." The blonde grinned. She hopped off the log to land next to her dark haired friend. "Even after months and years and bajillion of whatevers!" This made Blake giggle, "I'll always find my way back to you, okay?"

"That's nice..." Blake said. "And so sappy."

"Hey!" Yang prostested. "You're the one who makes me read romance sap books with her!"

"Yeah, it's fun." Blake said and walked away.

"Of course it is! You're with me after all!" Yang called as she walked after her friend.

They were still so oblivious. So young. So innocent. It's a shame it had to change.

-(Present)-

The rustling of leaves was the only sound Yang heard. Looking around Forever Fall, she sighed. The blonde looked around Junior's shipment. She stopped the train in time, but nothing here was leading her anywhere. The only thing she was able to take note of was that all the products that were here were from 'The Schnee Dust' company. Kicking a crate, she clicked her teeth and walked over to the edge.

She took out her phone and flipped it open. "I have time for a quick shower before picking Ruby up." She muttered to herself. "Then we have that date- Dinner! With Blake and Weiss..." She sighed and hopped onto her motor bike. "Ruby and Blake first..." She says. "Might as well put Weiss in there too." She smiles and starts the bike before riding off.

-(later)-

"Yaaaang...!" Ruby whined as she and her sister got ready for the date- I mean, dinner. Ruby was wearing a red hoodie over a black dress. Black stockings covered her legs and to finish it all off, black high boots, with red linings. It's not like she was dressed to impress, or anything. Yang on the other hand was wearing a yellow button up shirt, black pants, and her boots.

"Aren't you a bit dressed up?" Yang smirked at her little 12 year old sister. Ruby crossed her arms.

"I actually want to make a good impression." Ruby said. Yang walked over to Ruby and ruffled her hair.

"'course you do."

"Hey!"

"C'mon already." Yang said as she lead her sister outside. Since they were having company, Yang borrowed a car from a friend. She lead ruby out to the car, which was a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Not that fancy, but it was good.

"Wow! Where'd you get the car?" Ruby asked as she ran to the black machine.

"A friend." Yang said as she unarmed the vehicle. Ruby didn't continue her interrogation because as soon as the blonde unlocked the car, the little 12 year old girl ran to the passenger side. Yang got in the vehicle and Ruby was bouncing up and down.

"Ruby, c'mon, please control yourself."

"But Yaaaang~ We've never had a car before~" Ruby said. Yang chuckled,

"Shouldn't you be rehearsing how to get Weiss to come with us?"

Ruby pouted and crossed her arms. "I'm working on it..."

"Sure you are lil sis... sure you are..." Yang chuckled and started the engine.

-(Blake and Weiss)-

"Where are you going...?" Weiss asked as she saw Blake applying some purple eye shadow. Her guardian was wearing a sleek black dress that reached her knees and some black heeled shoes.

"Dinner..." Blake smiled.

"Let me guess, with the ruffian, Yang?"

"You're too young to be using words like, 'ruffian'." Blake commented. "And yes, with Ruby too. Want to come along?"

Weiss rolled her eyes. "As if I'd go with that childish dunce."

Blake chuckled, "You would." The black haired girl looked back to see Weiss had looked away, she also spotted with her sharp faunus eyes, a pinkish hue across Weiss's cheeks.

"Hmph." Weiss said. "Well, you enjoy your... whatever it is." She says before stomping off downstairs into the living room. Blake went back to applying her make up.

Ding. Dong.

"Weiss, could you please get the door?" Blake called.

-(Downstairs)-

Weiss walked up to the door and opened.

"Hey Weiss~" Yang grinned, Weiss simply looked up at the tall blonde, then she turned her eyes to the 12 year old attempting to hide next to her sister.

"U-uhm... h-hello." Ruby said.

Weiss just shakes her head lightly at the small girl before turning back to Yang. "She's in her room."

"Thanks Weiss." Yang grins before heading inside, taking her boots off first of course, and heading upstairs. Leaving Ruby alone with Weiss.

"So, you coming inside or are you just gonna stand there?" Weiss asks the 12 year old.

"Oh uhm... yeah! I'm sorry!" Ruby squeaked before following her sisters steps, taking her shoes off before going inside the house. Weiss goes back into the living room where she seems to be doing her homework. Ruby walks in and just stands there, a little awkwardly. "So... Weiss... You're not coming with us?"

"No." Weiss simply answered.

"W-why not?"

The white haired girl closed her book and looked up at the 12 year old. Which she now regrets. The red hair tinted girl was twiddling with her thumbs, looking at her with wide silver eyes, and her lower lip was shaking lightly. "Why not come with us Weiss...?" She asked.

Weiss's scarred eye twitches once. Twice. "W-why would you care...?"

"B-because... Uhm..." Ruby felt her cheeks burn. "Because you'd be all alone here..."

Weiss felt something tug at her heart. She frowned some and looked away. "I don't know if you've noticed, but I rather like being alone." She said.

"Nope!" Ruby said. "No one likes being alone!"

"No one except me!" Weiss reasoned.

"Nope!" Ruby said and walked over to sit next to Weiss. "No one deserves to be alone!" The silver eyed girl said. "Come with us! Please?"

Weiss looked at Ruby, which she regretted immediately. The silver eyed girl was using her dreaded puppy dog pout. Glistening silvers eyes looked up pleadingly at the crystal blue orbs that belonged to the white haired girl.

"I-"

"Please?"

-(Blake's Room)-

"Shouldn't we be leaving...?" Blake asked as she had already finished getting ready. Yang was just leaning against the door way, admiring Blake's body.

"Nah, we should wait..." Yang grinned.

"For...?" Blake says but then sees Weiss walked in. "Weiss?"

The white haired girl was a little pink and wasn't looking at her guardian in the eye. "I changed my mind... I guess I'm going with you guys."

Blake simply raised her brows and nodded. Weiss left the room, still looking a little pink. The black haired faunus turned to Yang who was still smiling like an idiot.

"Okay, what did you do?"

"Wh-what?" Yang faked a shocked expression, "Why would I have anything to do with anything?" Blake stood up and walked in front of Yang, arms crossed and an eye brow raised. Before Yang could say any more, a twelve year old dark red haired girl walked in, a little pink, but had a smug smile on her face, directed at her older sister. Yang grinned and just rolled her eyes.

"Yeah yeah." She said and Ruby fist pumped. In the little girl's head was much joy and Yang knew this.

-(Restaurant)-

"Ruby stop bouncing." Yang said as she looked at the menu for something her sister can eat without getting too hyper.

"But we've never been in a fancy restaurant before~"

Weiss had her arms crossed and was sitting beside Blake, across Ruby. The white haired girl was wearing a simple white dress with a light blue jacket and sandals. The scarred girl would sometimes sneak peaks at the bouncing 12 year old.

"Ruby! Stop Bouncing! You're disturbing the other guests...!" Weiss hissed. Ruby stopped immediately.

"Sorry Weiss." She grinned sheepishly and sat still, deciding to just look at the menu with Yang.

The blonde raised a brow at how Ruby obeyed Weiss. Note to self, get Weiss to baby sit Ruby. She thought.

"So! What're you guys having?" Yang said. Blake had been quiet for the past few minutes, simply observing her surroundings. She noticed a few people whisper and point, she wasn't sure why though. Yang's statement finally brought her back to her company.

"Oh, I'll be having some of this." Blake said, pointing to the tuna dish in the menu. She looked up and Yang was simply grinning at her, which made the faunus roll her eyes, along with a small smile on her lips. "Weiss?" Blake asked as she turned to the white haired girl.

"Salad please." She simply said.

"Okie doks!" Yang said, "I'll be having the steak and Ruby-"

"Sundae!" The 12 year old cheered.

"Will be having the mashed 'taters meal."

"Aww, but you said I could have any dinner I'd want."

"At home." Yang said. "I said, at home."

"Boo~" Ruby pouted and crossed her arms.

Blake awed at the sigh of Ruby. She was so cute. "Don't worry Ruby. There's still dessert!"

"And Sundae is not a healthy dinner." Weiss added.

Yang chuckled at the interaction between them and raised her hand to call for a waiter.

While Yang was ordering for them, Ruby had decided to play with the utensils, namely the butter knife.

"Wouldn't it be cool if knives were crescent shaped...?" Ruby mumbled. Her silver eyes sparkling for a moment.

"Ruby, what are you mumbling about?" Weiss said as she watched the younger girl fiddle with the knife.

"Hey Weiss, what if knives were like scythe shaped? Wouldn't that be so cool?" Ruby grinned.

"I think knives were made like they are for a reason." Weiss stated. The dark haired girl sunk back in her seat.

"That's no fun." She pouted. Ruby decided to play with the knife some more, trying to shape the napkins into a scythe and attaching it to the knife. "Aw yeah, look Weiss, see? It's so much more cooler."

"Much Cooler." Weiss corrected and sighed. "Whatever you say, I guess." She said, seeing as how Ruby probably won't shut up about it anyway. Ruby kept on tinkering with it until she accidentally dropped her knife. Weiss slapped her palm on her forehead, "Oh you dunce..."

Ruby smiled sheepishly before ducking to retrieve the knife.

"Okay, so now we wai-" Yang said before realizing that the twelve year old tornado of sugar beside her was missing. "Where's Ruby?"

"It was here somewhere..." Ruby said as she crawled on the floor. "Aha!" She smiled as she found the knife. She reached for it but a hand beat her to it. The young girl looked up and saw a man with silver hair, wearing dark spectacles, and was in a green suit.

"Might this be yours young lady?" The man said.

"Uh yes!" Ruby said. The silver haired man handed her the knife. "Thank you~" She smiled.

"No worries, child." The man said before standing up, as did Ruby.

"Ruby!" Yang called out. "What are you doing there! You said you'd behave!" The golden locked girl said as she waved her sister back to their table.

"O-oh right!" Ruby said. He turned to the silver haired man, "Thank you again." She said and headed back to their table.

"My! What a lovely family! This reminds me of the night before the hunt! A night I spent with my family!" A man said. The table of four looked and saw that a big, fat man with a graying mustache stood next to the silver haired man.

"O-oh! We're not... uh..." Blake said, turning red a bit.

"Y-yeah! We're just, uh you know, hanging out." Yang joined in, but oh, how she wanted what that man said to be true.

"Well! My mistake then!"

"Port, my friend, please refrain from jumping to conclusions."

"Forgive me headmaster." Mr. Port said, "But you must agree, they'd make a great family, eh?"

The so called headmaster chuckled, "Yes, I do believe so." He said. "Very well, we'd best be on our way. We still have to meet Oobleck." He said to Mr. Port. Turning to the group once again, "Sorry for disturbing you."

"Oh no, it's fine." Blake smiled.

"Yeah!" Yang agreed.

The group watched the men leave.

"Well, that was... a thing." Yang said.

"They seemed familiar though." Weiss stated.

"Hey Blakey, you okay? You seem a little red."

"I'm fine, really." Blake said as she tried to calm herself down. A family with Yang. That would be... a dream come true. She thought to herself.

"Ooookay..."

"Food!" Ruby grinned as she the waiter coming with their orders.

-(After the 'not date' dinner date)-

"I really did have a fun time." Blake smiled as she and Yang stood outside the faunus's home.

"Yeah?"

"Of course." Blake smiled, "We all bonded. It was a great night." She smiled softly, looking past Yang and at the sleeping Ruby in the car. Weiss was already inside, probably sleeping as well. After dinner, they had an impromptu late night movie, which Ruby had suggested.

"Maybe someday, it'll just be the two of us." Yang smiled, a little nervous.

"Oh? Is that you asking me out on a date?" Blake said, her heart racing some.

"Mmmmaybe..." Yang said, grinning.

"Then maybe I'd like that." Blake said.

Yang could not stop grinning. "So, next week?"

"Next week." Blake nodded.

Yang nodded as well and turned to leave, only to be turned back to receive a peck on the lips from Blake. "Good night Yang." The faunus smirked before waltzing into her house, leaving a red faced Yang in their door way.

"I'll get you for that Belladonna!"

-(Blake's room; Later)-

"Hello?" Blake whispered as she answered her cell phone. Who in the world would call her at 3am in the morning?

"Is this Ms. Belladonna?" A serious, stoic voice said.

"Yes, who might this be?"

"Glynnda Goodwitch."

"Ms. Goodwitch...!"

"Yes, I'll keep this brief Ms. Belladonna. We have hired someone to look into 'Schnee Heiress Case'. We'll keep you posted."

"Y-yes, thank you." Blake said.

"Yes, have a good night Ms. Belladonna."

"Goodnight, as well to you." Blake said before hanging up.

-(1 month later)-

Yang growls as she hangs up her call. She hasn't had any leads in weeks, and it's frustrating her so much.

Gotta calm down... Gotta calm down.

Yeah, or you'll burn the house down.

Quiet you!

Hey, I'm just saying.

You're. Not. Helping.

Fine whatever, but you need to leave in a few or you'll be late for Blake-date. Or should I say, Blate. Eeeyy...!... Yeah, I'll just...

Yeah...

Yang shook her head. Wow, she must really be going bananas. She thought to herself. She revved her bike and set off to Blake's house.

-(Ruby and gang)-

"I can't believe we're getting an early school tour of BEACON!" Ruby squealed, "Oh this is going to be so cool!"

"Indeed, it's most fascinating." Pyrrha smiled as she seemed to inspect the school's structures.

"Do you think they serve pancakes for breakfast here?" Nora asked Ren.

"Possibly."

"W-wow..." Jaune said as he looked around with his friends.

"Oh! oh! Look! Look at all the weapon's on display!" Ruby grinned as she checked them out. Pyrrha, being told to watch over them all followed of course.

"Ruby please calm yourself."

"But Pyrrha! Look at all the cool weapons!"

"Ruby?"

This immediately sobered the 12 year old girl. Ruby turned around to see Weiss with a brown haired girl with rabbit ears.

"Weiss?" Ruby said before grinning ear to ear, "Weiss!" The red haired girl moved to hug Weiss but was stopped by Weiss's hand.

"Don't you dare Red." Weiss glared. Ruby smiled sheepishly on her spot.

"Heh. So Weiss! What are you doing here?"

Weiss balanced her weight on one leg, crossed her arms and tilted her head just a tinsey bit. Raising a brow she just looked at Ruby. The dark haired girl panicked some. She knew this look. It was the, 'think for once you dolt' look. Ruby racked her brain and immediately thought of an answer.

"Touring early too?" She offered.

"Nice to see you using that big head of yours." Weiss said, "Yes, we are. Ruby, meet Velvet Scarlatina. She's a friend of mine."

"I didn't know you had friends!" Ruby said earning a nudge from Pyrrha." Ahow... Oh. I mean! You never introduced me to your friends."

"I just did." Weiss said.

"Okay, I'll introduce you to mine!" Ruby grinned." This is Pyrrha, she's the top of our class." Ruby smiled proudly. Next she pointed to her blonde best friend, "That's Jaune, Nora and Ren."

"Hey, who's this Rubes! Ooh! She's a bunny! That's soooo cute!" Nora squealed as she made her way to Velvet, who immediately began inching behind Weiss for cover. Nora was grabbed by Ren, who sighed.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you. Please don't encourage Nora in anyway." Ren said. "And don't worry, she doesn't bite."

"I hug though!" Nora grinned.

"My, my, what a lively bunch of students."

The group turned around to see the headmaster of beacon, or the silver haired man they had met at the restaurant a month ago.

"Hello children." The woman beside him said. "My name is Professor Glynnda Goodwitch, and this," She gestured to the man next to her, who sipped some coffee from the mug he was holding. "Is Headmaster, Professor Ozpin."

"Wh..." Ruby's mouth hung open some.

"So that's why he was so familiar..." Weiss muttered.

"Shall we get started students?" Glynnda asked, "Alright, please follow me." She said as she lead the way down the hall.

Ozpin watched them go, sipping from his mug, he watched Ruby Rose and Weiss Schnee.

The Missing Dust Project and the Missing Schnee Company Heiress.

-(Yang and Blake)-

"I'll be right back." Blake said.

"Take your time Blakey." Yang grinned. Blake smiled and gave Yang a short sweet peck on the lips before heading to the ladies room. Yang stood there smiling like an idiot for a while before being disrupted by a phone call.

"Hey-yo, Yang speaking."

"Hey Tiger, guess what we have for you~"

Yang pursed her lips.

"Game time?"

"I think we hit the goal."

"We'll speak about this later." Yang said and hung up just in time, as Blake came back out. She put on a big smiled and offered her arm, "Shall we?"

Blake giggled, "We shall."
