I am sorry for the very long hiatus; school is my main priority right now in life. During this long hiatus, I have also obtained a new editor, who is hopefully going to make sure none of my horrible grammar gets seen again.

I hope you enjoy the latest installment of The Revival of the Blackswordsman

'When did he get behind me?!' Kazuto exclaimed in his thoughts as he quickly jumped as far away from the albino boy as he could.

"Where are you running?" Accelerator spoke as he easily followed behind Kazuto, who was jumping from shipping crate to shipping crate.

'I can't lose him!' Kazuto thought in a panic as he tried to figure out a way to avoid combat, 'Maybe I can lose him if I use my Hiding Skill at its highest potential.'

With Accelerator still following closely behind, Kazuto made a sharp turn at one of the shipping crates and dove into the shadow, maximizing his Hiding Skill. His body vanished from sight, rendering himself essentially invisible. Accelerator passed without a second thought. Kazuto let out a sigh of relief after a minute or two.

'I lost him. But it's probably best to stay here for the time being while he's looking for me.' Kazuto felt a wave of relief as the stress left his mind.

Kazuto activated his night vision as he waited in the darkness, only to be suddenly blinded by a light brighter than day. Back in Sword Art Online, he had learned the night vision portion of his Tracker skill similar in function to real night vision goggles; if you use them during day, you would be blinded.

'What happened?! Why is my position suddenly exposed by light!' Kazuto deactivated his night vision and proceeded to find a new hiding place.

Kazuto had a notion that Accelerator may have found him, but he ignored it, knowing that hesitation maybe his worst enemy in this situation. Navigating his way around the shipping crates, Kazuto found something weird every single location in the switchyard appeared to be bathed in light despite the light poles being nowhere near concentrated enough to project such radiant light.. Everywhere he turned, nothing but well lit areas could be seen. Although this might have been the perfect chance for him to escape to safety, he didn't want risk the possibility of being caught.

The sounds of footsteps could be heard behind him accompanied by a voice, "Who knew that I would have to use some obscure technique like this?"

Kazuto's Hiding skill was at the highest level possible, even with additional bonuses from his equipment and the presence of night. The issue was that Kazuto didn't understand Accelerator's ability enough to know that resistance was futile.

"There you are you cosplaying weeb!" Accelerator said with exhilaration as he sprinted toward the series of containers, light refracting from obscure angles onto Kazuto's position.

The containers that Kazuto had been hiding near suddenly began to levitate, gaining height with an acceleration of around 9.8 meters per second. Completely still from when he noticed the intrusion, Kazuto maintained his awkward mid-walk stance as to give his Hiding skill maximum potential. Unfortunately for him, it appeared he had been caught.

'Dammit, looks like I don't have a choice!' Kazuto reached for his faithful companion, the Elucidator.

Before he could even enter a defensive position, Kazuto felt himself completely frozen; joints, muscles, and brain were all put on ice. He remained perfectly still against his will, his arm reaching for his sword to no avail. His body and mind had been separated by Accelerator's sheer blood lust, leaving him unable to react to the latter's blitzing charge.

"That's right! Stand there and die!" Accelerator sardonically exclaimed as he moved his hand ever closer to Kazuto's throat

Snapping out of his stupor, Kazuto seemed to blink out of exist just as Accelerator was about to make contact, only to reappear 30 feet to the left. His movement speed was of the highest caliber in SAO, so it should come to no surprise that his capability to dodge such a simple lunge would come so naturally. As Kazuto was relishing in his small victory, a 10 ton shipping container came soaring across the sky with the force of a Saturn V.

"Holy shi-" Kazuto was unable to finish, forcing his mind to concentrate on dodging the barrage of shipping containers thrown at him.

'He was actually able to keep up with me… this guy maybe fun to kill!' A smug grin quickly overtook Accelerator's face.

"Oh god, let me guess. The plan is out the back door," Touma deadpanned as he slapped his face with one hand while resting the other on his hip, "and just after I finished talking to him. Such misfortune!"

In front of him, about quarter a mile away in the switchyard, was a scene straight out of an anime: light flowing peculiarly out of each light post, shipping containers floating in the air, and the sound of metal smashing into the ground. While Touma was wallowing in his own misfortunate fate, Asuna had already left toward the scene hoping Kazuto was ok, not realizing how much danger she was putting herself in.

"Well, let's just stay back a little bit till things calm down. Right, Asuna…?" Before Touma could finish his question, Asuna had left him to his own devices.

'Come on, Asuna! You must really have a death wish, don't you?!' Touma thought urgently as he sprinted toward the scene of combat.

'What do I do? Should I wait or should I fight with the boy? Says Misaka in an ambivalent manner.' Misaka 10032 stood from a distance away watching the fight unfold.

She had never had foreseen such a peculiar situation; a boy actually challenging the number one esper in Academy City and actually living for quite of period of time was unheard of.

"Oi oi oi! Don't tell me the only thing you can do is dodge?" Accelerator taunted as he boredly flung shipping container after chipping container at Kazuto.

"Then how about this!" Using the confusion of the moment, Kazuto 'blinked' in front of Accelerator and swung his sword at Accelerator's out stretched arm. As if he had struck solid rock, Kazuto was forced back as the Elucidator didn't even touch his target. Shocked and befuddled, Kazuto tried again with the same result.

"Oh, so you tried to maim me first? You must be a softy if you didn't just go for the kill," Accelerator remarked, standing unfazed in front of Kazuto.

"I was just testing your ability, which I must say is mighty strong," Kazuto chimed back with a sweat dripping down his face.

"Then let me return the favor and test your ability as well!" Emulating Kazuto's move, Accelerator 'blinked' right in front of Kazuto.

'Holy-' Kazuto thought as he quickly held up his sword to guard against the hand of Accelerator.

As the two forces came into contact, something strange happened. Gripping the sword with little effort, Accelerator tried to bend the sword in half with roughly 2000 psi worth of force. Oddly enough, the only reaction the sword gave was revealing white hexagons at the point of pressure. Turning the table on Accelerator, Kazuto moved around the still forward moving Accelerator and tried to drag the sword along the horizontal axis of Accelerator's chest. Upon feeling only the resistance of a concrete like substance, however, Kazuto changed the angle of his strike and ran as fast as he could away from Accelerator towards the sister.

'What was that material…' Accelerator was in a daze, as he had never felt such a foreign substance to him before. He couldn't grasp it; it was like he was like he was touching a physical form of code, yet he couldn't comprehend its complexity.

"Oi, come back here!" Accelerator shouted as he blitzed toward Kazuto's last known position.

Kazuto had run as fast as his legs could carry him, back through the rubble of what was once a train yard. The train tracks were indistinguishable from the twisted metal, which was strewn about. The shipping containers had lost their shape, some torn and others buried halfway in the ground from their impacts. The contents of the containers were demolished, charred, and unrecognizable. It was a war zone, and he was caught in the middle of it.

'Where the hell is Touma?! The plan went pear shaped and I don't think I can win this fight!' Kazuto dodged and weaved between the rubble.

A large pile of powder heaped on his right started to quiver slightly as if heating up. In a sudden explosion, Kazuto was thrown twenty feet in the air, landing him right in front of the Misaka clone. His clothing appeared fine, but the coughing of blood wasn't a good sign. The Misaka clone stood by watching, despite seeing this boy who was caught in this experiment by accident, basically dying in front of her.

"Why are you still fighting? Don't you realize you are going to die? Says Misaka as she sighs slightly," Misaka 10032 said as she inspected her now dust covered F-2000.

"I fight for my friends… and for a future," Kazuto replied weakly as collapsed lung forced him to gasp for air.

Kazuto tried to move around, but the shock from the explosion had put him off balance. Taking a quick look at himself, he knew that he was very lucky to to survive with such minor injuries; small cuts and bruises on his chest, arms, and legs were rare for such a large explosion.

"Tsk, even a freaking shipping container of fertilizer couldn't even kill you," Accelerator annoyingly remarked as he parted the fire and casually walked towards Kazuto.

"That's what that was… ha ha ha" Kazuto laughed weakly as he laid on his back very still.

"You managed to escape with only minor injuries. Now you're really starting to piss me off. Got a name, asshat?" Accelerator's comments landed on deaf ears, as Kazuto was busy trying to dodge Accelerator's forward lunge or even to move.

The shadow of Accelerator seemed to tower over Kazuto as he froze in fear.

'What should I do? Should I reply?' Kazuto frantically sought to move his body, which failed to respond to his command.

"A-" Kazuto spoke before abruptly stopping mid sentence.

"Too late." Accelerator replied.

Before Kazuto could get a word out, he felt a sharp, debilitating pain unlike anything he had ever felt before. It numbed his mind in agony and drained the last bit of his consciousness. Accelerator had torn off Kazuto's right leg, everything from the pelvis down, with a force of a freight train going at 80 mph. The muscles, blood vessels, and other organs flew in an arc as the skin and bone once holding it in was was promptly ripped from its sockets. A red mist trailed through the sky like a deep fog as it drifted down upon the surrounding area.

"Oi oi oi! Don't go passing out like that! Otherwise you might lose the rest of your limbs!" Accelerator sadistically laughed as he threw the leg behind him.

The severed leg landed near Touma, who was close by waiting for his time to strike. Touma was able to feel the slight splatter of blood on his face. There was nothing he could do at this point for Kazuto's leg, but he knew he could still save Kazuto.

The pain was too much; Kazuto lost consciousness from shock and shortness of breath, leaving him almost dead. His fingers at last released their grip of Elucidator, letting it fall to the ground, it's vibrations echoing in the silence. The Misaka clone, who still failed to move, touched her as face as she noticed the blood.

"As if I'd let you!" a mysterious voice shouted as the figure's fist met with Accelerator's cheek.

Accelerator was sent flying back, hitting the ground with a resonating thud as Touma stood above Kazuto in a punch follow-through position.

Accelerator held his cheek gingerly before glistening a bloodthirsty smile. "This night just keeps getting better!" Accelerator roared as he ripped back toward his assailant.

"I'll try and hold him off, Asuna, you treat Kazuto!" Touma quickly commanded before he charged forward to meet his enemy.

Asuna moved fast to stop the bleeding, which would easily have killed Kazuto in under 5 minutes if left unattended.

"I will help you out by applying pressure on the wound. Says Misaka as she applies as much force as she can," Misaka 10032 grunted as she tried her best to stop the bleeding.

"Thank you, but I don't think he's going to make it…" Asuna replied, holding back tears as she gave compressions.

"I wouldn't worry too much about that. His wounds have healed a lot from his original injury, and I think he should wake up soon albeit in a lot of pain. Says Misaka from her observations and expansive knowledge on the human anatomy."

Asuna took a moment between compressions to observe a minor cut on Kazuto's body heal and close back up. It fascinated her that Kazuto's battle healing was so effective and fast, but she was not sure that his leg could be saved or if his body could regenerate the necessary blood to avoid him from dying of shock.

Touma met Accelerator face to face, both standing in anticipation.

Touma quickly ripped another right hook into Accelerator's face, which sent Accelerator staggering back again. Accelerator looked even more ticked off as he began to levitate the train track rails. Flinging them at Touma like toothpicks, Accelerator was able to unload 10 tracks in 8 seconds. Touma reacted quickly to each one, but was none the less hurt by the rocks that splashed as aftershock from the tracks. Jumping to the left and using the resulting smoke cloud, he flanked behind the albino and laid another punch into Accelerator. Accelerator, even more enraged, just started to let loose punches, something that Touma excelled in. Careful to avoid Accelerator's random punches, Touma kept punching Accelerator with his right hand.

'What the hell is with that right hand? Why can't I stop it?' Accelerator screamed in his mind as he face was now covered in his own blood.

Accelerator was forced onto the defense as he attempted to comprehend the pain that he felt. It was something he had heard of and had dealt, but not something he had ever felt before; he loved it. Accelerator laughed joyfully as he shotgun pelleted Touma with rocks from the ground. Touma was thrown back and painfully gripped his stomach with his left hand as he readied his right hand for a retaliation.

"What is with you and your right hand? It's so strong. I wonder what would happen if I removed it!" Accelerator stated with glee as he went on the offensive.

Touma tried to hit Accelerator in the face again, but this time was met with air. Confused, Touma quickly looked down to only see a fist come up and slam into his right arm's armpit. Writhing in pain, Touma screamed as he fell backwards from his dislocated and shoulder and broken brachial bone. Not relenting, Accelerator send another shotgun round of rocks at Touma, sending Touma flying into a container near the others.

"Ow...Broken bones hurt, but damn do they feel good!" Accelerator grimaced slightly before laughing and slowly walking towards Touma and Kazuto.

Kazuto coughed slightly and started to breath normally to Asuna's relief.

"Kirito!" Asuna shouted emotionally as she gripped Kazuto's hand tightly.

Slowly, Kazuto, opened his eyes and stared into to starless night sky. He didn't know what was going on and tried to look around but his vision was messed up. The world appeared black and white and blurry to him. In addition, the world seemed to be sped up slightly as he had issues discerning what was normal.

Realizing he could turn his head, Kazuto tried to understand what was going on, he looked at Asuna on his left and Misaka 10032 on his right. Slowly he regained his senses in all of his limbs… except his right leg. Finally overcoming his shock, the color in the world returned to him, Kazuto moved onto looking for his injuries. He tried to move all his limbs, but for some reason his right leg wasn't listening to his commands. Desperately, Kazuto felt for his right leg only to feel Misaka 10032's hands and a pool of warm liquid. He quickly tried to sit up, but was held down by Asuna who silently told him to keep laying down. A loud thud and the sound of dead weight hitting the cold ground was heard near him. As Kazuto turned his head towards the sound he saw Touma barely conscious lying on his back with a dent on the container behind him where Touma had slammed into. Scanning carefully he saw something he didn't want to see, he saw his right leg, leaking blood, with its inners pouring out on the ground, and his bone exposed.

"AHHHHHHH," Kazuto started to scream in pain as realization struck him and the memory of what just happened to him flooded back into his brain. His agony, fear, and despair returned to him and he was overwhelmed. Asuna was no console to his pain and he knew there was no way he was going to get out of this alive, with that monster of an enemy.

'God damn it! We can't win… At least Asuna needs to live!' Kazuto's thoughts raced as he tried to think of a plan to save Asuna.

The harbinger of his pain was marked by the sound of footsteps that creeped ever closer to him. He pushed away Asuna with all of his strength in an attempt to tell her to go and leave him. But, it seemed like Asuna's strength was more than he could muster in his weak state.

'I have the highest strength in Sword Art Online I should be able to move Asuna away, but how come I can't?!' Kazuto thought, blurring the line between virtual reality and reality, as he kept trying to move Asuna away from him, but she still managed to hold on tightly. Though on the inside he wanted to keep her close to him, but he fought against that instinct.

Still writhing in pain and grunting with noticeable effort on the verge of crying, he kept trying to push Asuna away from him as Accelerator kept approaching. He started to feel himself get weaker as he looked into Asuna's eyes with tears streaming down his face, pleading her to leave him. He was met with surprise as her eyes were still filled with determination and strength.

"Wow, what a moving display of love and emotion!" Accelerator started as he slowly clapped, "But, I am afraid that times ups."

Accelerator approached from Kazuto's left side and didn't even acknowledge Asuna as she glared back at him. Using his right arm, Accelerator swatted Asuna away with one swift motion over Kazuto's body into shipping container as if she was a fly. Kazuto felt her grip disappear suddenly as he saw her slam into the metal container with a reverberating thud. Kazuto kept looking at his hand for a second before looking back at the body of Asuna before registering what had just

happened.

"Asuna!" Kazuto screamed with agony as he tried to reach her with one hand outstretched as tears started to blur his vision.

"Oh! That gets a good reaction out of you." Accelerator gleefully said as he approached Asuna's limp body.

"Don't you dare touch her you mother fu-" Kazuto's voice fell as he saw Asuna smile at him even though she was clearly in pain.

Accelerator picked up her body and made sure to display it in front of Kazuto, so Kazuto could get a good view of her.

"Accelerator! I will kill you! I will make sure you regret the day you were born!" Kazuto seethed with anger as he tried to claw his way over, despite his missing leg and Misaka 10032 holding him down.

His fingers were bleeding at this point, as Kazuto furiously clawed at the ground to try to reach Asuna's body. He knew once Accelerator did anything to her, it was over, his life was over. Without Asuna to live for, Kazuto knew he would have nothing to live for anymore. The moon seemed to tease Kazuto as it brightly lit Asuna's body held midair, not even giving him the decency of blocking his view from this horrible sight.

Kazuto's life was suddenly changed forever as God gave his judgement on Asuna's life.

The sound was unforgettable as Asuna's bones turned into broken toothpicks. The sound of crunching bones and her desperate scream was the only thing Kazuto heard as the other sounds of the city disappeared. Her strong, agile, and elegant body became a crumbled piece of paper as Accelerator took care to break all of the bones except her spine and neck, to make sure she felt the pain. Her body became almost unrecognizable as Accelerator let go of her. Kazuto's eyes were wide open and he lost all ability to think as he saw in slow motion Asuna's body hit the floor.

The person he strived to save from a death game and from a crazy would be husband maniac, had just died in front of him. Once again he failed to do something about it. He only lived through those previous two event because of Kayaba, and he wasn't here now. Once again he was powerless by himself to defeat his enemies and save Asuna. These thoughts ran through his mind as he crawled toward Asuna.

'Asuna! Don't die on me please!' Kazuto thought as he pulled himself the grueling distance towards Accelerator and Asuna.

A trail of blood formed from his right leg as he dragged himself towards Asuna. The Misaka clone had given up trying to stop Kazuto as she just watched Kazuto crawl his way towards the body. Despite being in a large amount of pain himself and potentially bleeding out, Kazuto went through the pain as he was desperate to find out Asuna's condition.

"Don't leave me like this!" Kazuto pleaded as he managed to touch her mangled hand as tears streamed down his face and he gasped for breath.

"I love you…" Kazuto's lips quivered as he tried to get Asuna to respond to him.

Asuna's eyes were covered in darkness as they failed to reflect the light of city surrounding them. Her breathing could be heard but they were very quiet and were getting weaker. Kazuto knew she was also in a great deal of pain, but she was unconscious to feel it. No that wasn't right, Kazuto knew she could feel the pain even in her unconscious state.

"You said we would stay together forever, but we can't if you leave me like this…" Kazuto continued as he cried.

Accelerator had gotten bored of these signs of affection and decided it was time to do his intended purpose of tonight, kill Misaka 10032. As he looked up away from the couple he saw Misaka 10032 staring at her blood covered hands not moving to grab her F-2000 despite him standing defenseless there.

"Ou! Clone, come on fight me." Accelerator stated uninterestedly with his arms crossed.

"I… I don't… k-k-…now anymore if I want-t-t to fight. Says Misaka as she is shaken-n by this experience of strangers dying-g-g as a result of her." Misaka 10032 stated in a slightly shaking voice.

The Sisters had gotten use to their own death, but had strived to avoid any strangers in this experiment and were having a hard time dealing with the new emotions arising from the death of the girl.

It extend farther than that though, Kazuto had lost two of his limbs. Touma at this point laid motionless aside from his slight breathes and his eyes as he was concussed. But, somewhere in that concussed Touma he wanted to still beat the living light out of Accelerator. Kazuto was crying loudly now as he was holding a now long dead Asuna. These three people had fought because they had viewed an experiment that they should have never seen. Now it was her fault they will die, because she hadn't carefully controlled the region with her other Sisters.

"Oh come on at least make it entertaining for me." Accelerator sighed as he propelled himself forward along with his right hand straight through Misaka 10032's frail, defenseless body.

Looking down, Misaka 10032 could see an arm going right through her stomach and watched as blood pour down her attacker's arm. As she was about to accept her fate, she saw her own reflection in the blood that poured that revealed a young teenage girl who was scared and afraid.

'I want to live, Misaka thinks!' Misaka 10032 thought as she found new resolve to live.

The sister tried to move but was fully entrapped in Accelerator's arm and was beginning to lose consciousness from blood loss and pain. She struggled trying to remove Accelerator's hand with all her might.

'Why do I feel this way? I have seen myself die many times… Then why do I feel like this! Thinks Misaka as she thinks desperately for an answer.' Misaka 10032 thought as tears began to flow down her own face.

Within seconds she went limp, succumbing to the pain, and stopped breathing, which was when Accelerator removed his arm from her body. Her body hit the ground with a thud as it laid motionless and bleeding heavily from the hand shaped wound in her chest.

"Uh, so many things I am going to have to clean up today." Accelerator spoke as he shook the clone's blood off his arm.

As Accelerator began to clean himself and get ready to exterminate the last two viewers, he felt a weird disturbance in his AIM field. It was as almost it was being suppressed by someone else, but that was impossible since he was number 1. He turned toward the source, the boy in the full black clothing.

"AHHHHHH!" Kazuto screamed in agony as he let out a haunting, gut wrenching wail.

An aura of white light appeared around the boy as he continued his wail. Just as suddenly as it appeared, the aura expanded without warning, sending hexagons of light into the night sky

The Hexagons begin creating a large room around the train switchyard, everything that Accelerator had destroyed dissolved into the ground or appeared to be consumed by computer code. The items he knew as the train switchyard liquefied into the ground and seemed to be replaced with code. The world soon became devoid of light, which caused Accelerator to sweat slightly as he consistently tried to expand his personal reality.

'I can't control anything… my powers are gone.' Accelerator thought with worry, as his feet became grounded out of fear.

The ground surrounding the five rose up like a column into the dark stone room, which the hexagons had retextured themselves into. Archs, columns that supported them sprung up, and inscriptions covered the wall, as the room defined itself as a dungeon. Kazuto had created the 75th floor's boss room and placed them in the middle of it.

Meanwhile Outside the Train Switchyard

"I will save my sisters…" Mikoto whispered as she ran towards the switchyard, where explosions and crashes have been coming from for the past ten minutes.

As Mikoto entered the train switchyard, she felt something weird, her powers were being constricted as she was beginning to lose her ability to control electricity.

'What is going on?' Mikoto thought desperately as she felt like she was losing the air around.

All of a sudden a wall of white polygons appeared in front of her and blocked her path. It was as a high as a ten story building and went around the entire perimeter of the train yard.

'What power is this? I have never seen such a strong area denial ability!' Mikoto pondered as she tapped on the wall with her hand.1

'Either way. I need to get through this to see what is going on!' Mikoto thought as she readied her electricity for an attack on the wall.

Letting a huge arc of lightning rip, she tried to shock the wall down to no avail. In fact it didn't even scorch or even show signs it that it had just received almost 30,000 amperes electricity. Not disheartened she tried to fire her railgun at the polygon wall, hoping for some more realistic effects.

'This will pierce this stupid wall!' Mikoto thought confidently as she let the coin tear into the polygon wall, but once again the wall didn't break, it did however leave a black mark where the railgun's coin had hit.

'What!? That's impossible!' Mikoto thought as she readied another coin from her pocket.

She kept firing round after round into the wall, hoping to damage it enough to get through. She wasted almost twenty coins before she stopped. Normally she would give up and think of a different way, but Mikoto was not in the right mindset today.

"I hope you like extra crispy!" Mikoto shouted at the wall as she built up enough of electricity to cause a thunderstorm.

The ground was beginning to crack and ripple, the power in the local region was completely out as she drew power from them. She directed all of her energy and electricity into this one shot as she let down a thunderbolt that would make Zeus even impressed as it slammed into the polygon structure. She was shocked as it still stood barely scathed, aside from the obvious scorching marks on the polygons.

Finally hopeless, Mikoto walked up to the wall with static electricity still randomly jumping between her hair and just started to mindlessly beat on it in an attempt to open it up.

'I can't do anything again…' Mikoto thought as tears began to flow again.

In a final retaliation she slammed her fist as hard she could against the wall, hoping that her sister, behind it, could feel it.

Back inside the Polygon Arena

"What is this?!" Accelerator shouted as he was confused what was going on. There was not a known esper ability that could create such a complex illusion, but was that was really going on?

The world had lit up to reveal an impressive medieval like Colosseum, which its tall walls which extended into the darkness above him. The color scheme of the room was a dark palette of gray and gray. It looked like a dungeon, but the intricate designs on the walls that told stories of warriors of the past, showed it was something else. Two sets of large double doors were placed on opposite sides of the large enclosure, and they didn't seem like they were going to open anytime soon. Now paying attention to the floor he saw deep grooves that wove its' way through the entire circumference of the platform, which almost made a Ying and Yang symbol. They stood on a large circle in the middle of this room with no escape in sight aside from the massive double doors, which were undoubtedly locked.

Refocusing on his target, Accelerator looked at the boy who he was sure was the hunted a minute ago. He continued to look up into the dark ceiling with barely any movement. The sword he wielded was magically inside its' sheath, it seemed to glisten as Accelerator looked at it. Suddenly the boy looked down, still averting his eyes from Accelerator, and looked at the crumpled up girl next to him, which Accelerator had to admit was one of his more flashier kills. It was perturbing to see the boy moving on from the girl, who he had been previously crying and wailing for, just appear apathetic.

"Welcome to my world, Accelerator…" Kazuto coldly stated as he opened up his menu and downed the most powerfully healing potion and gave another one to Asuna.

A health bar appeared around everyone, revealing how badly injured everyone was and the status they were in. Acting quickly, he used all his crystals from his inventory to treat all their status effects, debuffs. His strongest health potion had allowed his leg to grow back fairly quickly and had allowed him to regain some of his confidence. As he looked at the others, he saw that they were all slowly healing, all except Touma, coming out of the red zone of their health bars. Asuna had battle healing so she was healing faster than Touma and Misaka 10032, but her injuries were the worst. Misaka 10032 was saved by a quick full health crystal, which Kazuto would have berated himself for using at all. Touma was just stunned and paralyzed, which could be cured easily in SAO.

Accelerator looked at his own status, half health, in the yellow and level 5. He was curious about this world he was in, it suddenly clicked with him, Sword Art Online, a Japanese game that came out a few years ago that trapped 10,000 people in it. He recognized the menu from screenshots he had seen because his researchers had been assigned to try to remove those espers who were trapped in the game.

"So Accelerator, are you ready to fight?" Kazuto stated emotionlessly, still letting his eyes by covered the shadows of his bangs, as he brandished his Elucidator and stretched his right leg.

"I don't know what illusion you did, but I can still use my powers!" Accelerator replied with a slight sweat starting.

"I don't think you can in my realm. In this world you are a level 5 who never left the first floor."

"Yeah, well what is your level in here? 2? 3? A brat like you properly never made to the first floor." Accelerator tried to return hopefully to throw Kazuto off.

"I am a beater, Kirito, a level 96 player, who cleared the boss that free everyone from this game by myself. I have lived in hell for two years and made it out alive. You are nothing about a speck of dust in this world."

During the conversation, Accelerator tried furiously to expand his AIM field and regain control of this nightmare, but it was no use, he couldn't even feel his AIM field or personal reality. He was scared, he would die in a world that no one has ever seen before aside from this man. His powers made him who he was, what would he do without them? Accelerator didn't have the answer to that question, but he would not give up without a fight.

Accelerator knew that he couldn't win in a direct fight with Kirito, but he knew if he injured one of his friends, especially Asuna he could hold them hostage and make Kirito stand down. Acting fast, Accelerator tried to close the gap between himself and Asuna, only to be met with bright yellow eyes. Kirito revealed his eyes which were bright yellow, as he met Accelerator head on, smacking Accelerator away from Asuna with the broad side of his sword. Accelerator was flung on his back as he recoiled from the cold steel.

"Don't you dare!" Kirito hissed, as his eyes bore holes into Accelerator.

"Oh is the hero, Kirito, scared that I will a mere level 5 will hurt his girlfriend." Accelerator taunted from his now standing position.

"You don't even have the honor of calling me Kirito, you piece of shit."

This time it was his turn, Kirito in dangerously beautiful display of skill, rushed forward going low to cover the mere twenty feet that separated the two, in a split second. He raised his sword high in the air, cutting through Accelerator's outstretched right arm, before returning down over Accelerator's head into his other arm, cleanly removing it. The vertical arc, an easy beginner's move in Sword Art Online had cut off Accelerator's arms from the elbow down. Finally registering what had happened, Accelerator was on the ground, tears in his eyes from the pain as he screamed.

"Next are the legs." Kirito continued coldly as he turned away from Accelerator by pivoting on his right foot and letting the blade stay horizontal to the ground, bringing his Elucidator through the legs of Accelerator from left to right.

Accelerator's legs were taken from him from the pelvis down as they disappeared into a burst of white crystals. The pain was unimaginable for Accelerator, who had just gotten exposed to the feeling of cuts and bruises. Now that he was dismembered, Kirito moved away from Accelerator back towards Asuna, so he could let his enemy feel the pain he felt before ending him.

Kirito carefully gripped Asuna's hand and made her hand go through the motions of the equipment menu and equip her Knight of Blood's custom uniform, which provided a lot of stat buffs. Her body at this point was back to its normal shape and had no marks of her previous damage. But, Kirito still felt angry from the damage Accelerator had caused and the anguish to get him this mad.

Standing up slowly, he left Asuna's side, which was the last thing he want to do, but he had a job to finish. He walked slowly towards Accelerator, accentuating every step he made sure that his enemy heard every step he took, and reversed the grip of the Elucidator so he could jab downwards into Accelerator and finish him off.

'No please no more…' Accelerator's weak and battered mind thought as he heard Kirito approaching.

"AHHH!" Kirito exclaimed as he jab right into Accelerator's gut right above the belly button and went clean through Accelerator's body like hot knife through butter.

Accelerator couldn't even scream as his mind had already went numb. The health bar rapidly dropping to zero. As it neared 1 hp, Kirito quickly removed his sword from Accelerator's body and walked away.

"You aren't even worth killing, Accelerator." Kirito coldly reasoned as he headed back toward Asuna and the others as the Aincrad's 75th floor boss room begins to break down.

The torture chamber he created for Accelerator began to dissolve as the column that once rose them high into the sky returned to the ground and the room began to turn back into a white hexagons. The inscriptions, arches, and shapes became indistinguishable as the hexagons changed back to their normal white color and dispersed into the warm night air.

As the world returned to normal, revealing a still destroyed train yard, Kirito's eyes still remained yellow and carefully observed his surroundings. He looked at Accelerator who now had scars from the wounds he had inflicted to him in Aincrad, but no permanent limb loss. This was only because Kirito had allowed him to keep his limb, if he wanted to he could have let the injuries carry over to the real world, but he felt this was enough. A quiet and shocked Accelerator laid still as he would be when was picked up by medical personnel after this event.

Touma, Misaka 10032, and Asuna although they had been saved from their live threatening injuries were not awake yet even though Kirito treated all their debuffs and health point issues.

'This is bad… they aren't waking up yet, and they are all breathing. I need to get them to a real doctor as soon as possible!' Kirito thought as he started to ready the three for transportation, meaning just getting his teleportation crystals out.

"Holy crap what happened here!" Mikoto exclaimed as she appear in view right in front of Kirito.

Mikoto's clothing was slightly ruffled from the obvious strain she had placed on herself to run all the way from the bridge to the switchyard. She breathed heavily as she placed her hands on her knees from exhaustion. What surprised Kazuto was that despite the obvious danger she had charged into this area without fully knowing what was going on. Especially since he created Aincrad in the real world, something he was curious what it looked like from the outside.

Glancing up, Mikoto was surprised to see a yellow eyed Kazuto. She was surprised, but didn't care as much as she should have about it.

"Where is my sister and Accelerator?" Mikoto demanded, "Also, what happened?"

"Don't worry about those two. Your sister is right her laying down quietly and Accelerator is right around that blown up container on your right. What happened? Let's talk about that a different time, ok?" Kirito casually and calmly replied.

"Is everyone ok?! They are lying there motionless!" Mikoto retorted with surprise as she rushed to their sides to inspect them for any injuries.

"They will be fine I just need you to keep Touma company as I move your sister and Asuna to a hospital."

Blushing furiously, Mikoto spurted, "Why do I have to be alone with him?"

"That's good that you can still be embarrassed about those sort of things. Feeling better I see." Kirito returned with his charming smile he had used previously on women in Aincrad.

Mikoto blushed even harder, which reminded her what happened before.

"Baka! Just go before I shock you!" Mikoto shouted before seeing Kirito use a teleportation crystal to move Asuna and her sister to a hospital, which she had never seen before.

'I need to know more about, Kazuto… There is just too much I don't know about him.' Mikoto thought, but was sidetracked as she kept giving sideway glances at Kamijou.

'Damn you, Kazuto. You messed up my thoughts and feelings…' Mikoto thought as she took another look at Kamijou, who laid their peacefully breathing slowly.

She stood there awkwardly for a few minutes staring at the resting Kamijou before ruffling up her hair with both her hands, internally screaming. She didn't care to remain like this anymore and decided to make a move.

'That ground looks pretty hard, maybe I should let him rest on my lap. Yeah! That would be a reward for helping my sister… and letting me lean on him before…' Mikoto blushed even more as she carefully raised Touma's head and let it rest on her lap.

"Excuse me…" She whispered, enjoying the feeling of the boy's hair on her lap for only a minute before she noticed a pair of eyes looking up at her.

"What are you doing, Biri Biri?" Touma asked as he looked up into Mikoto's hazelnut eyes that seemed to glisten as it peered back at him.

Her face scrunched up her face and silently cried on top of Touma's face. Touma felt his face become rained upon by tears from those same eyes. He reached up to touch her face and wipe away those tears that he hated to see, as any person would hate to see a person crying. Surprisingly, his hand was met with the warmth of two other hands as Mikoto gripped his hand tightly.

"What are you do-"Touma started, but was cut off by Mikoto.

"This is the second time you made me cry tonight…" Mikoto spoke between her tears and gasping. "You better take responsibility for making my cry like this."

Mikoto smiled slightly with her second sentence, despite the tears still rolling down her face.

"I think I did enough right?" Touma joked as he gestured toward the incapacitated Accelerator.

"Ha Ha Ha" Mikoto laughed through the tear as she desperately tried to wipe them away with both hands.

'Why I am crying like this!? My sister is safe and Accelerator was defeated. Then why am I crying?' Mikoto thought as she looked for an answer in her mind.

When the boy with spiky hair, who laid in her lap right now, popped in her head she furiously blushed. She desperately hoped Touma didn't notice. Touma noticed but didn't think anything of it as he couldn't distinguish between her embarrassed blush and her blush from crying as he laid motionless in her lap watching her.

"Am I disturbing something?" A voice said causing Mikoto to quickly jump up, dropping Touma, letting his head hit the ground hard.

Seeing it was just Kirito, Mikoto dropped her combat stance and relaxed before realizing what she looked like and quickly tided up her appearance.

"Need a tissue?" Kirito asked as he held his hand out with a bunch of tissues in it.

"Thanks…" Mikoto replied as she hastily grabbed the tissues and wiped away the tears and blew her nose.

Mikoto froze as realization hit her that Kirito might have seen what happened between Touma and her. Kirito knew something was off when he felt the hair on the back of his head start to rise. He turned around to see an enraged Mikoto who had electricity flowing all around her.

"Tell me, what did you see?" Mikoto spoke slowly through clenched teeth while still blushing slightly.

Not perturbed by this sight, Kirito put his right hand underneath his chin, rubbing it pensively, and replied, "I think since you said excuse me."

He ended his sentence with a smile as he playfully shrugged.

Annoyed by his playfulness, Mikoto let him feel her thunderbolt as she discharged a large bolt of lightning at him. As she watch in slow motion the bolt of lightning travel toward a relaxed Kirito, she saw a change in him. His face turned serious and his yellow eyes flashed for a moment as he 'blinked' ten feet to his right, dodging the lightning bolt.

"Oh come on. It was a touching moment and I didn't want to interrupt it. At least give me some credit." Kirito jested as he kept dodging her continuous rain of lightning bolts.

"I would've given you credit if you weren't watching us!" Mikoto yelled back furiously.

"But, it was too cute to look away." Kirito teased back as he jumped by accident on top of Touma, who let out a grunt from being stepped on.

"I swear if you tell anyone I will turn you into a crisp!"

"But that takes the fun out of watching it. What would I do with this information if I couldn't gossip about it?"

Fed up with his attitude, Mikoto let loose another lightning bolt that missed its intended target once again, but found another one. Touma screamed in pain as he was cooked from the inside out from the electricity. Mikoto held her mouth apologetically as she ran over to the hurt Touma, while Kirito stood nearby admonishing her belligerent use of lightning. When Touma shouted his legendary line,

"Such Misfortune!"

Meanwhile in a Certain Windowless Building

"Kazuto-kun is growing brilliantly, although I doubt that he will stay like that for long…" Aleister sighed as he looked at the test results on the screen.

"What do you mean?" Replied his ever true secretary.

"He is only in a temporary haze thanks to Accelerator killing his girlfriend."

"So… what you are saying is that Asuna is his limiter?"

"If you think it about it like that, then yes. He most likely he will burn out by tomorrow morning and return to his normal level 2 status, but tonight he was a level 5… a rank 1 level 5."

Not fazed by her boss's antics anymore, the secretary got some special paperwork ready.

"Do you want to make him the Rank 1 level 5? He did just defeat Accelerator." The secretary started as she started to pull out the stamps and programs necessary to enact such a change.

"No… let's let leave him alone. So Kazuto-kun's personal reality expand and grow. I can't wait to see where it goes…" Aleister stated as he started to chuckle.

Two hours later in a Certain Hospital

After finally setting up all the rooms for his friends in the hospital, Kirito finally knew he could get some shut eye. The Mikoto twins and Touma were in one room doing god knows what. Kirito could imagine the weird things they could being doing right now, but he knew that all three of them were fast asleep with each girl holding one of Touma's hands. Something he had to admit, was something he secretly wish he could experience. Kirito knew that he had the influence to get more than several girls to do that with him, but he was dedicated to Asuna. Snapping himself out of his wondering thoughts, he had relegated himself a room with Asuna, where he sat on a chair holding onto her precious hand.

Asuna laid there quietly with her eyes closed as she slept the night away. She showed no signs of the horrible occurrence that had happened a mere two hours ago. It was if nothing had happened, something that slightly perturbed Kirito. Although he was too tired to figure out what was happening, his gut told him his current status was not right. Asuna was still wearing her Knight of the Blood's uniform, something that was nostalgic and weird seeing in the real world. It suited her perfectly as it hugged the curves of her body as it….

Slapping himself, Kirito stopped his train of thought before he became lost it in. It was an interesting night by far and he knew he just needed some sleep to get rid of his wandering thoughts. It was a blur to him as he tried to recall all the events that had occurred that night. But, he knew this night was the beginning of the something new, even if he couldn't recall it all. As his eyes began to feel the weight of his sleep deprivation, the color of his eyes also began to fade back to its normal onyx gray. He finally rested and let the warmth of Asuna spread through his body from her petite, warm hands.

It's been a long time since I last talked to you guys! I hope this chapter will satisfy your appetite for now. I may update this story again before the end of 2017, but college is now on my doorstep. I can't believe I wrote this story as a Freshman and picked it up as a Senior, it amazes me. Anime and manga fell out of my life in sophomore and junior year, and I regret it. But, I have regained some interest in the genre and I hope you enjoy my new improved storytelling and grammar.
