Chapter Summary: Final chapter, the triplets party...

Chapter 14: Wish

~Lenalee~

Black Order Cafeteria, 7:36pm

"Surprise!"

"Happy birthday!"

Lenalee joined in on the cheers as the triplets and Lavi walked in. Faces of joy scanned the many faces in the surrounding.

Lenalee watched Mabel run to Jemma- it was no surprise, Mabel adored Jemma, nicknamed the 'mother exorcist' before she even married Komui. Lenalee loved her sister-in-law but she was always jealous of the duo. How come they could express their love and not her. Life is unfair, the Order is strict, Lavi is the bookman...

Lavi could retire when his apprentice was knowledgeable enough, which could be some time as Sawyer was only 16 plus technically not the Bookman Junior yet.

Lenalee could find and marry someone else, Lavi had told her to do so, he knew she wanted kids. But for Lenalee it would always be Lavi or nobody at all, maybe a miracle would happen, rare things do happen, Allen-

"Lenalee!"

Lenalee had to back-step to catch her balance. She threw her arms to embrace Olivia.

"I missed you baby girl."

"I missed you more then Jerry's soba Auntie Lenalee!"

Lenalee laughed, Livvy's confession was anything but minor, all three youngins took after Allen's appetite- though their parasitic innocences' were the main reason, Lenalee liked to blame the gluttonous genes. Surprisingly enough it was Livvy who had Kanda's love for soba and not his clone- aka Augustus.

"Never tell Jerry that, he'll murder me- or worse, stop making me food!"

Livvy let her sweet little giggle loose as she stepped back from Lenalee. She mimicked zipping her lips, locking it and throwing the key.

Lenalee laughed again.

~Jemma~

"He's with Komui, you'll see him later."

Mabel looked around Jemma to see the baby in Komui's arms.

"He's so tiny!"

"Yeah that's a newborn for you. He'll be one month Thursday."

"What's his middle name?"

"Louis. My Father's name."

"Yuki Louis Lee, has a much better ring than Guss's, Livvy's, or mine. How did my parents even get our names anyways?"

Jemma laughed,

"I'm not sure sweetie, I wasn't there at that time, it was another year until I found the order."

"Timmy found you right?"

Mabel grabbed a third slice of pizza while Jemma was still on her first, she chewed for a few seconds and was about to answer when another voice bet her.

"Timothy and I actually."

Miranda said as she sat on the opposite bench. Bell smiled in greeting. Miranda was probably the closest person to Jemma in the Order next to Komui. They were the same age and were both exorcists. Though it took time. When Jemma first arrived she thought Miranda was weird- something was off about her and she didn't like it. It was a few months later when Jemma heard from Noise Marie on a mission in Russia that Miranda lost her lover- Arystar Krory III- on the fateful day of the triplets birth. Upon her return to the Order Jemma sat with Miranda all night and just listened. It was hard and at lot of tears were involved but the two had been best friends since. Miranda was even Yuki's godmother now.

Jemma frowned at the memory of when she got here, back at that time she had nobody. Miranda noticed this,

"But why are we talking about ancient history?" Miranda asked, "We should talk about what you missed- have you met Yuki yet Bell?"

~Lavi~

Johnny's story was never-ending. Augustus had completely zoned out and was now examining his pizza in awe.

"And then Kanda, Chaoji Han, and Klaud Nine-"

"Aren't they getting back from that mission tonight?" Lavi decided to interrupt.

"Those two? No I'm pretty sure it's tomorrow morning."

Lavi knew that but he wanted to change the topic, Guss wasn't much of a talker, he rarely took part in conversations but he usually at least listened. Nobody should be bored during their birthday party. Lavi patted his back hard to gain his attention. Guss blinked and zoned back to life as he blinked a few times.

"Let's go meet Yuki."

Lavi pulled the boy who dropped his pizza as Lavi dragged him away. Guss nodded goodbye and proceeded to turn forward to follow Lavi.

~Johnny~

Johnny sat in his wheelchair as he watched Lavi escourt Guss to Jemma and baby Yuki. He saw Komui, Miranda, Bell, Livvy, and Lenalee all in that same vicinity- all gushing at the baby.

He wondered what just happened, 'My story wasn't complete- was it?'

"What are doing sitting all alone?"

Sawyer uttered as he snuck up behind Johnny, Timothy on his rear,

Johnny sighed, "Honestly, I have no idea."

He turned his head to watch the group surrounding the baby, he wheeled around to face Sawyer and Timothy, who now sat at the end of a nearby bench munching on some pizza.

"Tell me a story Johnny." Sawyer said, Timothy agreed and after a large bite he muttered,

"Yeah, we're bored, the baby takes everyone's attention! I don't like babies!"

Sawyer only nodded in agreement. Johnny turned his head around to see Reever, Evan, Jerry, Chaoji, and Klaud Nine sitting on the opposite side of the room. He smiled,

"Have I told you about the time when Kanda, Chaoji, Klaud Nine, and I went to London?"

~Komui~

"He's adorable!"

"Not so loud Livvy he's sleeping!" Komui scolded Livvy, screeching into his son's ear was not something he enjoyed.

"Hun don't be a worry-wart- Look! Guss is covering his ears!" Jemma pointed to their baby resting in Guss's arms. It was cute. Livvy inched closer but when Guss saw her pink lips open he quickly passed Yuki to Mabel and wacked her on the head.

~Reever~

Reever turned to look around the room, Johnny, Sawyer, and Timothy sat in one corner, a bunch of scentists playing what appeared to be a poker game- Cash Dop and Mark Burroughs were currently winning, or appeared to be- in another corner, and a group surrounding Komui's and Jemma's infant son were in the back center of the huge room.

"Where is Winters Socalo and Noise Marie?" Reever wondered aloud.

"Mission to retrieve Tiedoll" Chaoji answered sharply, Klaud barked a laughter,

"Pfft, that old man won't be found unless he wants too!"

"How Cross of him." Reever muttered, this was how pretty much every sentence involving Tiedoll ended now. Reever took a swing of beer and a bite of pizza and turned to his right to look at Jerry.

"I often wonder how a single person manages a kitchen that feeds so many..."

"One that produces such amazing food," Evan added, "How do you do it?"

Jerry blinked.

~Lavi~

Black Order Cafeteria, 11:57pm

It had been a good night Lavi thought to himself, chaos and all. He laid back on the bench by the entrance/exit to the Cafeteria. The scentists stuck to themselves most of the night so it took awhile before anyone outside the group to realize Reever had joined them and had drunkenly turned the poker game into a game of strip poker. It wasn't until an underage Sawyer, beer-in-hand laughed in hysteria when Timothy face-planted into a fresh pizza. What there were doing Lavi had no idea and upset as he was at his apprentice for drinking he didn't have a chance to yell at the boy when Chaoji pointed behind the duo at a half naked Reever. Definitely not something meant for a 12th birthday party. It took almost an hour to settle the guys down and usher them to bed.

Not long after that Komui and Jemma decided Yuki was in dire need of his bassinette and headed to bed as well when Komui had a mini panic attack upon realization at how late it was past Yuki's bedtime. Some other more appropriate games were played while the group dwindled. Lavi had his chance to scold Sawyer, who inturn threw all the blame at Timothy for peer pressuring Sawyer.

Lavi sighed, he was so tired. Now everyone had gone to bed minus Lenalee, the triplets and himself. He had a mission the next morning b ut he couldn't go to bed, he made a promise to watch the triplets. He- stupid enough- was also the one who told the trio they could stay up till midnight. He watched Lenalee clean the empty pizza plates with the help of the triplets. She must be exhausted too. She didn't show it though, she smiled at Livvy's joke as she threw another pile of paper plates into the bin and mused Guss's hair when he yawned. She would be an amazing mom Lavi thought, she-

"Yuu!"

Lavi sat up and the trio turned to the sound along with Lenalee. They saw a raven haired man enter the room. A deep scowl of his face. He turned towards the hallway to throw a response at the echoing voice.

"What're you yelling at me for?! You're the slow-poke who's going miss their own children's 12th birthday Moyashi."

"Bakanda! I am slow because someone wouldn't help me light the candles..."

The voice of the muttered answer appeared within the arched doorway.

Soft white hair fluttered as the young man's running ceused. He wore a battered black exorcist uniform which was littered with tingers of blood- not enough to make you worried but enough to make you understand they were in a rush. A general badge glinted-

"Father, daddy!"

Mabel smiled. Livvy and Guss ran beside her spot as the samurai mused her auburn locks. She didn't even care that frizzy strands now hung loose from her braid.

Allen grinned at his children. Livvy saw they cake and clapped.

"It's only our birthday for 60 more seconds."

Augustus noted in his monotone voice but Lavi caught a very suddle amount of cheer added. A shimmer from Allen's ring finger was a carbon copy of the candlelight reflection of the raven-haired ring's partner.

Lavi smiled, although the couple never announced anything as all forms of gay relationships were frowned upon in the church, everyone who knew them supported them. Who could not adore them? Lavi knew they really had no care to get a piece of paper saying they where together. But they wanted to be able to say 100% they were a family.

Allen bowed down the couple inched needed so the glowing cake was at blowing level for the trio.

A huge smile formed on Allen's lips as he looked at the triplets expressions. Kanda silently wrapped an arm over the small of the British's back, not letting his eyes leave his children.

"On the count of 3 blow and make a wish." Allen whispered to his children- Bell, Guss, and Livvy all nodded at their dad.

"3..." Kanda said, "2..."

The family of five smiled and all uttered,

"1."
