Two months later
" What happened one month ago in Gotham Wing". Black Canary asked as the teen sat across from her.
" I'd rather not say".
" Take your time".
Half an hour passed and Nightwing hadn't said anything. Canary just sat their and waited. She knew he wanted to talk since he came here on his own free will for the past month. So she kept waiting.
" Ravager got shot". Nightwing whispered but BC heard " Deathstroke was waiting across the zeta tubes and fired. He shot Ravager in the stomach and I took her to Leslie at the hospital".
" Did you tell Leslie anything"?
" I told her to take care of her then left. Leslie shouted at me but I kept going. I ran into Killer Croc and almost drown since we were in the sewers and the water was high. It took a while to beat him but I did. Joker and Harley tortured me for five hours before Catwomen saved me. She used knock out gas as Joker and Harley came back and she handcuffed em and dropped them off at the police station. I left when she took them. Then Two Face tortured me for an hour and a half before once again Catwomen saved my ass from hell".
" Watch your mouth".
" Sorry. Poison Ivy caught me off guard, captured me and was gonna make a trade with Deathstroke which included me but he crossed her and shot at her. I took my chance while Deathstroke was focused on Ivy and left. I picked up Ravager at the hospital and I heard Leslie shout at me that she wasn't ready to leave but I took her away. And then I ran to the zeta tubes and you know the rest".
" Do your brothers know this"?
" No. You can't tell them anything".
" Nothing leaves this room".
" Deathstroke had seen Ravager at the hospital. He left a note on her. I grabbed and it said 'Renegade is next'. So I made a deal".
" Dick...".
" I'm his apprentice and he leaves the team, my siblings and Ravager alone. I would've done the titans and the league but that's all I could do".
" I have to...".
" Nothing leaves this room but me. I have to go or the deals off".
" No! You are staying right here".
" Sorry Aunt D can't do that".
Canary took a deep breathe and let out her Canary Cry. Nightwing covered his ears along with everyone else in the watchtower.
" STOP"! Nightwing screamed and Canary stopped. That was a mistake.
The moment she stopped Nightwing took his chance and bolted out the door. He ran to the zeta tubes and heard Renegade scream his name.
" I have to". Nightwing whispered to himself as he entered Bludhaven and went to pack his stuff.
It took ten minutes to pack his stuff and Nightwing escaped through the window with a small bag over his shoulder and saw Ravager under a street light.
" He's gonna kill you". Ravager said
" Then I'll die".
" No. If your going under so am I".
" No! Rose you can't"!
" I did. So were in the same boat birdy. Although I'm going to protect you and no other reason".
" I can't believe you would do this".
" Me? Look in a mirror bird brain. Your losing more then I am from this".
Nightwing was about to say something but realized Ravager was right. He was leaving his siblings after they had been reunited for almost three months now.
" It's what's best". Nightwing said
" Best for them but not you. He's gonna torture you Dick. Your gonna get hurt".
" I'm protecting them and that's all that matters. I'm protecting you to".
" You added me in your deal"?!
" Duh! We're family right".
" Yeah. Yeah I guess we are".
" You ready"?
" Ready as I'll ever be. You"?
" Ready as I'll ever be. Let's do this".
The two teens left to meet Deathstroke by the zeta tubes and saw a helicopter on a rooftop across the street.
" Thats our ride". Ravager said looking up
" Yup. Our ride to hell".
Nightwing bordered the helicopter first then Ravager next to him. The pilot took off into the sky and Nightwing saw Red Hood on a rooftop looking frantic and heard his name.
" NIGHTWING! WHERE YOU AT LITTLE BROTHER"! Hood shouted and caught a quick glimpse of his brother in the helicopter. " No. I'm to late. Red Hood to Batman. I missed him. He got away".
" Hood don't beat yourself up". Batman said " You tried and that's all you could do".
" I could've...".
" Hood what ever your thinking...".
" Call you later bye"!
" JASON"!
Red Hood hung up and ran as fast as he could and took his chance.
He shot out his grappling hook while he was still running and his heart stopped as it barely missed the helicopter.
" No". Hood whispered and collapsed on his knees while his siblings arrived and stared sadly at the helicopter also.
" He's gone". Renegade said as they couldn't see the helicopter no more after ten minutes.
The bats stood there for another half hour before going different ways and to grieve in their own ways.

" Where are we going". Ravager asked
" You'll see when we get there".
" Canada". Nightwing said and Deathstroke growled
" How'd you know".
" Hacked into your files after we made the deal. Wintergreen is your butler? I didn't even know you had one".
It went quiet. Nobody said anything for at least twenty minutes. Ravager stared at Nightwing and sighed as she saw him change.
Deathstroke stared back at the two teens and smirked as he saw Nightwing change into his Striker costume.
Striker stared at Ravager and she gave him a small sad smile.
" Looks good". Ravager said and saw him grab a gun, two swords and knives.
Striker didn't say anything. Instead he but the swords in their holders on his back, the gun on his left side and the knives in his new utility belt.
" Grab another one". Deathstroke said looking back
Striker knew what he meant. Another gun. He grabbed a second one and slid it on his right side.
" Striker is back". Striker said and saw Deathstroke smile.
" Welcome back apprentice".

" Jason". Roy said as he sat across from him at a bar.
" He's gone Roy-boy. Gone for good".
" No he isn't. We'll find him".
" HOW DO YOU KNOW! HES GONE! FOREVER"! Jason shouted and threw his beer on Roy before walking out.
" Great chat". Roy said before wiping himself off and followed his best friend. " JAY"!
" Don't ever and I mean EVER call me Jay! Only one person calls me Jay and he's gone"!
Jason pulled out a gun and people around ran away. Roy braced himself and grabbed his shoulder as a bullet lodged itself in it.
" Stay away from me Roy-boy". Jason said and took off down the streets.
" It's always good to see you". Roy said before leaving also.

Tim was driving thru Jump City when he slammed on the brakes as he almost hit Jinx, Raven, Cyborg, Terra, and Beast Boy.
" Get off the bike". Jinx said
Tim stared at his team and sighed before getting off the bike.
" I lost him". Tim said as they walked into the tower. " I lost him for good this time".
" We'll find him". Terra said
" I never told you this Terra but its good to have you back".
" It's good to be back after being in stone. And about Nightwing were gonna find him".
" I hope so".
" Deathstroke's never away from Jump for more then three months. He's bound to bring Nightwing amd Ravager back".
" He's gonna slip I know he is. He's gonna give in to fear and become Striker. The Striker that Deathstroke has always wanted".
The Titans all looked at each other and saw Tim walk to the window.
" He's gonna fall and nobody's gonna be there to catch him". Tim whispered letting a single tear fall.

Damien walked upstairs in the manor and grabbed Dick's doorknob but couldn't get himself to turn it.
" Come on Damien. You can do it". Damien said to himself and turned the doorknob.
The room was mostly empty. The only things left were the bed with sheets and pillows, a dresser with a few sets of clothes, hidden guns and knives, a couple photos and a note.
" Dami, Jay, Tim, Steph, Cass, Helena, Ter, and Babs, I'm sorry but I have to leave. I made a deal with Deathstroke after he hurt you all. I become his apprentice he leaves the eight of you, the team and Ravager alone. I know what I'm doing. Trust me. I'll see you around. I Love you"!

Damien crumpled the letter and felt himself start to cry. He had failed his younger brother. Again!
" I failed father". Damien whispered
" No you didn't Damien. You've done an excellent job and I'm so proud of you". Bruce said
Damien punched the wall and slid down the wall with his hands in his hair.
" I'm sorry Grayson". Damien whispered " I've failed you".

" Terry. It's okay to break". Wonder Girl said " I've seen all of you break before".
Terry didn't reply. Instead he just continued to stand on top of Wayne Enterprises and look at Gotham.
" Terry please talk to me or somebody at least".
" I have to do. Go home".
Wonder Girl stared at Terry for a moment before she flew away. Terry stared after her and sighed.
" It's all my fault dad". Terry said as he laid down staring at the sky " I let him go".
" You did what you could Terry. Diana said
" Mom I failed. I failed in protecting Dick, I failed in saving Jason, I failed in parenting Tim, I failed being a brother to Damien and I failed in keeping this family together when Steph, Cass and Helena left".
" You seem to forget you saved them all more times then anyone can count".
" I...".
" Your a great parent Terry. Don't beat yourself up. We're gonna find him".
" Thanks".
" It's what I'm here for. And you are not allowed back in the watchtower for the rest of the day".
" But...".
" No buts. I'll be over for dinner tonight".
Terry stared after Diana and shouted " What do you eat"!
" Whatever you make is fine"!
Terry smiled and took a deep breathe. He was gonna find his youngest brother. No matter what the cost.

" I left for six years and then I'm finally reunited and then what happens! He's gone"! Stephanie said as she sat across from Supergirl, Kara, in a bar.
" Steph I'm flattered and all but why'd you call me". Kara said
" You know what I don't even remember. I think I'm drunk"!
Steph burst out laughing but soon burst into tears. Kara saw people staring and gave them a nervous smile.
" Steph come on it'll be okay". Kara said putting her hand on top of her friends.
" I can't stay here".
" What! Steph! You just reunited with your family three months ago! You can't leave again"!
" I have to"!
Steph quickly ran out the door and almost got hit by a car. The car honked and Steph flipped the person off before running through an alley.
" I'm sorry little bird". Steph said " I'll see you soon".

" I should've been there for him". Cassandra said as her and Artemis were shooting arrows at an abandon house in Star City. " Sure I'm the one that left for six years but now that I see him I regret it".
" Why did you leave"?
" Steph, Helena and I had a fall out with dad after Jason's death. We weren't really working great together. I was seventeen, Steph was sixteen, and Helena was nineteen and dad was treating us like we were well like children".
" Wait so your older then Dick, Jason, Tim and Steph".
" Yup. Helena's a year older then Damien and Steph is a year younger then me".
" So it goes Dick, Jason, Tim, Steph, you, Damien, Helena, and finally Terry"?
" You got it. Anyway we had a huge fall out and dad said to either do as he says or leave. So we left leaving our siblings heart broken. We didn't even go to the funeral. It was to hard knowing the last words I said to him were go to hell. I wish I could turn back the clock but I can't".
" Why didn't you come back after Bruce died".
" Dick deserved better then me. I killed people after dad was gone and I couldn't show my face to Dick. He would look at me with hurt disappointment, betrayal, so I never looked back. I continued to kill and I lost control. I knew if I went to Gotham I would be worse and Dick would be terrified".
" You protected him from yourself".
" Yup and now I wish I would've risked it. At least I would've seen him but I can't go back and now I'll save him no matter what it takes. Nobody messes with my family".

" How you feeling kitten". Selina asked her daughter as she drank a bottle of beer.
" It's not working. I don't understand Jason does this all the time".
" Jason drinks five beers to forget kitten".
" I'm going out".
Selina stared at her daughter and gasped at all the scars. She had never seen them before and now she wished she hadn't.
Helena heard her mother gasp and turned around, showing her stomach which was just as bad as her back.
" The price of being a hero". Helena said before putting on her uniform.
" Be careful".
" Yeah yeah".
Selina watched her daughter jump off the balcony and winced as Helena rolled onto a roof.
" I'm okay! I'm drunk but I'm good"! Helena shouted and then laughed
Huntress went to Bludhaven and entered her youngest brothers apartment through the window.
" He should lock that". Huntress said to herself and looked around the place.
It was empty. It looked like his room t the manor except messier. There were papers everywhere and Huntress saw a picture of all of them together from six years ago. A couple days before Jason had died.
" I'll get you back birdy". Huntress said and took a picture of the picture with her phone " Even if I have to cross again I'll save you".
" Your not crossing". Catwomen said
" I will if I have to".
" No you won't"!
" This is my brother! I don't care if I have to search for years! I'm gonna find him! If you don't like what I do then to bad! I'm finding my brother. Even if I have to kill. I've done it before and I'll do it again".
Huntress walked passed her mother and jumped out the window. She was gonna find her brother and nobody was gonna get in her way.

" I'll find you little brother". All bats said at the same time looking at the moon in different cities. " We'll find you".
" I'll miss you guys". Striker said looking at the picture of all of them " I'll see you again. I love you".
Striker sighed and looked outside at Gotham until it was out of sight and all he had to look at was the night sky.
