Disclaimer: This is it! (foreals this time lol) I've loved hearing how much you all enjoyed this fic, just as I have! You all have been wonderful and so supportive and I can't thank you enough.

Three years after their happily ever after, Emma and Killian were finally married. In that time, a lot of things happened.

First there was August, who was finally reunited with his heart and then with his father. Master Geppetto was so overwhelmed with happiness he wept for days. August was soon initiated into the Charming knighthood, and he currently protected the castle in the armor of a White Knight. Happily, and of his own will.

The blacksmith's boy went on to becoming the apprentice to the kingdom's blacksmith. He learned how to make the most beautifully crafted weaponry the realm had ever seen. The King was sure that his name would live on forever, the name of Domingo Montoya.

Miracle Max, or Granny (as she insisted everyone call her), no longer had to live in a run-down shack. She was moved into a wing in the castle with a large laboratory where she could mix and brew as much as she wanted. The royal family never had another sick day and the Charming kingdom soon grew famous for their copious miracles.

Ruby stayed on as her grandmother's assistant, but she also grew close with the Queen and King. She was smart and loyal and strong, and soon proved worthy enough to become a royal advisor.

Killian, who no longer wanted to rule the seas as a dreaded pirate, offered to pass the role on to Graham. But Graham had his heart back and his vengeance sated, the last thing he wanted to do was become the most fearsome legend to sail the seas. So instead he decided to keep his fencing skills sharp by becoming a knight for the Charming kingdom.

Next to him stood Anton, who was so thrilled about becoming knighted that he cracked the brick under his feet after he jumped in excitement. The seamstress worked for two whole weeks putting together a uniform and chainmail that fit him. But Anton wore it well, and he was the best at following orders. Not to mention, he was the most intimidating man anyone had ever seen.

As for King Rumplestilskin and Prince Baelfire, they still ruled the Dark Kingdom. Although, their plans for domination fell through when Princess Emma and Prince James were able to find peace and alliance between their kingdoms. This meant that if Rumplestilskin ever did decide to declare war on King George's land, Prince James would have not only his own army, but the addition of the Charming army if needed.

But what about the Charming kingdom? Surely as soon as Emma and Killian landed back home, Rumplestilskin or Baelfire set out to destroy them and their kingdom as promised.

Well, they didn't. But not for lack of effort.

As soon as the Jolly Roger made port in her kingdom, Emma sought out the Blue Fairy and confessed her recent discovery of magic within herself. It was explained that she was the product of True Love, and sometimes that child can be born with magic. And not just magic, but Light Magic – the most pure and powerful kind of magic.

So with the Blue Fairy's help, Emma was able to cast a protection charm over the kingdom.

Killian was reinstated into the King's Navy as Captain Jones, seeing as he had much more experience now than when he was lieutenant. Sometimes, out of habit, he told his men to call him Captain Hook. Eventually, it just became a nickname – the fear filtered out of the moniker.

The engagement lasted a year. That's how long it took Killian to learn how to 'become a king' and all the proper traditions that he would have to uphold. Luckily, Emma knew almost all there was to know about ruling a kingdom.

They said their 'I dos' in the castle gardens overlooking the sea. Anton and Graham and August and Ruby and Granny were there, watching from their seats as they each cried tears of joy (Graham had found that he was much more sensitive now that he had his heart again). Queen Snow and King David stood next to their daughter and son-to-be in show of support and happiness. Emma's parents had been slightly stunned by the revival of their late Stable Boy, but after a long night of explaining everything that had happened, they welcomed Killian back as a proud member of their kingdom and a suitor for their daughter.

After they were joined together, Snow and David replaced Friar Hopper at the alter to crown the Prince and Princess.

And with love and laughter and a fiery passion, Emma and Killian kept their promise to live their life together. Forever fighting next to each other; forever loving each other. Just as they wished.
