DO NOT WORRY I AM FINISHING THIS STORY!

I don't know if anyone still cares or is reading this at all. Who knows?

Y'all have stuck with me through the past few years and you deserve a finalized and finished story.

However, upon rereading it, there are some things I need to fix up. So I am doing some light revising of this story. I have most of it finished off. I really want to tie this story all up in a neat little bow. The revisions don't take long, I'm really not changing much except clearing up some smaller character developments and plot holes that I want to have sealed together in order to get this thing finished so you all have a COMPLETED FIC!

also, if anyone cares I would LOVE to hear some ideas as to what you guys want to see as i begin to wrap things up, whether it's random threads to be finished, a fluff scene you're dying for. I don't know, this is all operating under the assumption that anyone will even see this update. *insert shrug*

I have a little sneak preview of a conversation to come at some point soon. ;)

A random (ANONYMOUS) conversation for ya:

"You can't tell me not to go."

Sharp eyes meet mine, he sighs. "The thought didn't even cross my mind."

"Oh," irritation pokes into me as the wind pushes hair into my eyes. "Don't tell me to stay where it's safe either."

"Doesn't it get exhausting being so defensive?"

Those warm eyes are so unbelievably cold right now. The feeling of guilt begins to crawl into my throat, I swallow it down. "What is that supposed to mean?"

"It never once occurs to you, that people are trying to look out for you because they love you? We all know you can hold your own, but it doesn't mean no one wants to keep you out of this. You've done enough, why can't you just...let everyone else pay for their own sins."

My mouth hangs open for a moment before, I close it into a tight frown. "Excuse me?"

"You heard me, let everyone else pay for their own sins. You're not a savior, you don't have to clean up everyone else's mess, and no one is asking you to. Is it impossible for you to...I don't know, just leave it alone?" His eyes are like ice, cold and dangerous.

"I can't do that...You'd never understand." I roll my eyes.

Now it's his turn to roll his, "well, that's part of the problem too, isn't it."

"What problem?"

"Us!" His hands gesture wildly between us and then to the sky. "This!" He digs his palms into his eyes and groans, "you never explain so anyone can understand. Sometimes, I wonder if you even realize how much you've changed."

I scoff, "I haven't changed. I'm the same person I was before any of this happened, maybe it's you who changed. Why does this have to be about me?"

"And that's how I know you have changed. It was never about you. You used to see that in the bigger picture, it wasn't about you. Or me. Or us. Or them. It was about right and wrong, but now...now you just see yourself."

"You're not making any sense." I turn away and brush the hair from my eyes. "Like you and I are on different sides now."

He sighs, I turn to face him. He sticks his hands into his pockets and looks to the sky. He turns to head to the car, but stops and shifts his head back to look at me. A shiver runs down my spine at the iciness in those eyes. They used to be warm and soft, now they're icy daggers ready to pierce through my skin. "I'm beginning to wonder if we were ever on the same side at all."

Hope you enjoyed my preview, review tell me how you feel. PM or whatever, like I said I dont even know if anyone even cares but I thought I'd at least wrap this fic up in the next few weeks or so.
