Touhou and Dragon Ball Z belong to their rightful owners~

Yukari was quick to fix up their clothes with a snap of her fingers, which had been torn and burnt from their countless encounters with the youkai in Gensokyo. Then, the Saiyans were sent off to relax in a spring while their "sending off" party which was being set up at the Hakurei Shrine.

Now, as they entered the shrine after a long flight of stairs they were greeted by layouts of food on mats and baskets scattered all around. Nobody really arrived yet, it was just Reimu who was placing her donation box more into view. Marisa surprisingly wasn't there yet, and the only other person that lounged on the steps of the shrine was a strange orange-haired girl with horns on both sides of her head.

"Where is everyone?" Goku was the first to announce their presence.

Reimu glanced up from scrutinizing her box. "Oh, hi Goku, Vegeta. Welcome to my shrine, I guess."

"Oh! You're the Saiyans she was talking about!" The girl with the horns exclaimed suddenly, jumping from her spot and lumbering to where they were. Her cheeks were also tinted red. "The name's Suika Ibuki, by the way."

"Nice to meet you, Suika." Goku smiled. Vegeta scowled, and walked off to some solitary place, muttering how 'parties are unnecessary'. "Ok…" Goku looked over Suika again, this time paying more attention to her Chi.

She didn't even bother to hide it. "Huh? What is it? Is there something on my face?" She asked.

Goku had been caught staring. "No miss. It's just you're so strong!"

This caught her off guard, but she recuperated. "Of course I am! I'm an oni, I can move mountains!"

"We should fight sometime!" Goku exclaimed excitedly.

"How about now?!" Suika suggested enthusiastically.

"NO!" It was Reimu who yelled. The two of them jumped in surprised. "I just set everything up! NO FIGHTING."

Suika took a swig from her gourd and shrugged. "Oh well."

The first people to arrive after that were Marisa and Alice. The next were the crew from the Scarlet Devil Mansion, including Flandre who managed to tackle Vegeta from his resting place on a branch of a tree. Even Moukou and Keine came from the bamboo forest. Cirno and her friends managed to crash the party, insisting they stay because they were part of the incident.

A couple of the guests begrudgingly agreed.

The last to arrive to the party was Yukari and her two shikigamis. Everyone managed to hush down when she raised a quieting gesture. "Thank you for coming, everyone." She said. "Also, thank you for participating in the incident. After the party, the two Saiyans will be sent to their world. Enjoy the food, and enjoy the drinks. That is all."

The first to formally introduce themselves was Mokou. "Hey, you were that girl in the bamboo forest." Vegeta bluntly stated after he gulped down some water. Goku couldn't quite join the conversation because he was indulging himself with food.

She nodded. "Sure."

Goku swallowed his food. "So, what youkai are you?"

"Well, I'm human." Moukou said. "And Keine here is a were-hakutaku."

The blue-haired girl smiled. "Nice to meet you."

"Wait, were-hakutaku…. so like a werewolf?" Goku asked.

"Perhaps. I transform at the full moon, and in that form I can create history, per se." Keine explained. "However, I'm usually a human. In this form I can eat history."

Goku paused. He opened his mouth to say something, wondering just how one could eat history and if history even tasted good. However, Vegeta stopped him, raising a finger. "Don't you dare ask, Kakarot."

More food appeared through some tiny gaps, and Goku did not hesitate to reach for them. Except, he wasn't fast enough.

A good armful of food was taken away quickly. "Hey! That's my-"

He looked up to see a partly transparent pink haired woman. "...food."

She grinned through a mouthful, and swallowed. "Oh, hello there." She greeted.

"Hi."

She grinned again, opened her mouth and popped another piece of meat in. This annoyed Goku, mostly because it was his food that she was eating.

"Lady Yuyuko!"

A shorter girl, with pixie-cut white hair, (just like Sakuya, Goku noted) ran up to the pink haired woman. A ghost, in the form of a large, white trail seemed to follow the girl around. "Oh, hi Youmu~" Yuyuko greeted.

"Lady Yuyuko, you do realize how rude you were to the guests, right?" Youmu asked thickly.

Goku looked to Vegeta for any sort of clarification or help, but he seemed to be deeply absorbed in conversation with Moukou and Keine. He could've sworn he heard the word 'immortal' more than once.

"Oh, so you are Goku and Vegeta!" Yuyuko chided. "Well, you are just Goku, Vegeta is talking over there."

"Uh huh." Goku said dumbly, still in the loop that she had taken his food.

"I'm Yuyuko, and this is Youmu. We live in Hakugyukuro, the mansion in the Netherworld. Man, the mess you three left behind was atrocious." She explained, chewing on some bread.

If it was even possible, Youmu paled even more. "I had to clean and repair it." She said.

"Oh… um, I'm sorry about that. I thought Yukari would fix it up?" Goku said.

"Oh, no. It's fine. It's sort of my job. If it is too overwhelming I can call up some Kappa to help me, they love that type of work."

"I don't think the Kappa repair roads, dear." Yuyuko corrected through a mouthful of rice.

Youmu groaned. "Don't talk with your mouth full, lady Yuyuko." She bowed slightly. "Well, it was nice meeting you, Goku. You really don't have to worry about Netherworld, I can handle it. Lady Yuyuko-"

She was just about to grab another armful of food which had appeared in front of Goku, but Youmu grabbed her arm and dragged her off.

Goku sweat-dropped, before inching back toward where Vegeta was.

Suddenly, Goku was blinded momentarily by a flash of light. Goku closed his eyes on reflex until he realized it wasn't a Solar Flare. The girl behind the camera had black hair, and wings like a crow.

She grinned. "Aya Shameimaru, from the Bunbunmaru newspaper!" She waved her camera around. It's lens had a red tint, which glinted in the sunlight. "Gensokyo's most popular news-article. Congratulations on an incident solved!"

Vegeta narrowed his eyes at her. "No."

"Ayayayayayyaaya!" Aya gasped. "What? I can't believe my ears." Her pointy ears twitched in irritation.

"No interviews." Vegeta said bluntly.

"I wouldn't mind getting interviewed." Goku said. "I'll answer for him."

Aya grinned toothily. "That's great!"

"But, let's not take too long. I want to eat some more." Goku said as they were walking away.

Cirno flew around as the rest of Team Nine chased her. As she passed by Vegeta and Moukou, she waved to the white-haired girl before flying away laughing. Flandre came over holding her umbrella, and she dropped to her knees beside Vegeta.

She grabbed some of the pastries that were lain across the mat. They were downed pretty quickly.

After Goku finished his interview, which was really just an energetic and tiring clash between questions and answers, he saw his spot was taken and decided with a shrug to sit by where Remilia sat. After all, it had really been a while since they last chatted. As soon as he sat down, he placed some more food into his mouth.

It wasn't long before Remilia decided to say, "How can you keep eating like that?"

Sakuya stood by, holding an umbrella for Remilia. Meiling, the gatekeeper, had already hurried over to where Flandre sat, and took her umbrella. She continued to hold the umbrella for Flandre, while Vegeta decided to ignore the situation.

"I haven't eaten in a day or so. I kind of lost track." Goku shrugged. This was when he spotted a purple haired girl lounging in a nearby shade of a tree, casually reading a book. She looked pale, and she was even donned in some sort of sleep-wear. "Who's that?"

"That's my librarian, Patchouli Knowledge." Remilia explained. "She didn't really want to come. I still made her though."

"I… see…" Goku said, scratching the back of his head. "Are you sure that's fine? She looks a little under the weather."

"Well, that's how she usually is. Some fresh air will do her good, being cooped up in that library all day."

Goku hummed in agreement, before inhaling another round of food.

Before long, the skies became tinted with orange and red. That was when Yukari decided to end the party.

Goku and Vegeta were brought to the front of the shrine. "Ready to go home?" Goku asked Vegeta.

"Finally. Took you long enough."

Yukari cleared her throat. As soon as everyone quieted, she said, "Normally I don't do ceremonies like this. However, it's just necessary at the time being." With a snap of her fingers, a gap opened with two ribbons on each end. "As soon as you step through there, you'll find yourself where you left off. You know, where you last were before you fell in."

After they took a step toward the gap, they paused and glanced back at the crowd. Goku wore a large grin on his face as he said, "Hopefully we'll meet again."

Vegeta just grunted.

"Goodbye Veggy! I'm going to miss you!" Flandre cried.

A vein popped in Vegeta's head. "Quit calling me that!" He could just hear her teasing laughter.

Goku had to drag Vegeta back to the portal. The crowd laughed a little at this display.

Then a chorus of goodbyes could be heard as they stepped through the portal.

As soon as the portal closed, the Saiyans were gone.
