A/N: So, a guest asked me to make Kim preggers. So, I NEED TO KNOW WHO WANTS KIM PREGNANT AND WHO DOESN'T? PM OR REVIEW!
Kim's POV:
I don't really remember how I got into the car, or the ride home, but I know there were lots of kisses involved in the journey. I don't know how we made it through the lobby without jumping each other's bones. All that I know is that the second the elevator door closes, its go time; well that is until and elderly couple comes in and it's such a coincidence that they are on the same floor as us.
When we stepped into our room, Jack pressed me against the door, before pulling back. "Kim, are you sure you want to do this with me? We don't have to do it right now if you don't want to." He whispered, hovering against my lips.
I kissed him softly, "Yes, I want to give you all of me and I want you to give me all of you. You've never one this, right?" I asked, pressing my forehead against his. He nodded and I smiled to myself. "I love you."
Now, he was the one smiling. "Let me show you how much I love you." He said, quickly kissing me.
I woke up to a pair of tiny feet kicking me in the stomach, then two little hands pulling at my face. I chuckled before pulling Gabriella in for a hug. "What are you doing here, Bug?" I opened my eyes and saw her smiling and gurgling at me. "Oh really? Where's Jackie, huh?" I asked. After looking around, I wrapped myself in the crisp, white sheets and went to the bathroom where I found him hastily packing all of my makeup into a bag. Now that I think about it, everything was packed up. "Jack, what's going on?" I asked, quietly.
Gaby crawled over to me and started tugging at the silky bed clothes. "Jerry thinks we're being followed but he didn't wanna say anything last night because it was too special. We have a flight booked to New York; we have to be on that plane in an hour." He shoved clothes into my hands and to Gaby away from my feet, going to the bed.
I changed into my clothes, quickly. When I came out, Jack was cradling Gaby, singing You are my Sunshine to her, quietly as she looked up at him mesmerized by his voice.
A bang on the door interrupted the sing fest. "Yo, Jack, they're heading up here now. There's about ten of them, we gotta get out like now." Jerry yelled through the door.
"Jack what's happen–" I was cut off by Jack.
"The men that have been following us, they're from our rival gang, at least that's what we think. But, they're here Kimmy and I need you and Gaby to be safe. I need you to walk out of this door with Gaby and take the stairs to the lobby and wait in the car."
"But, Jack." I started, again.
"No, Kim. I'm not letting you stay. I know you want to help but the only way that you can help me is my being out of this building. Grace is in the stairwell waiting for you. She has the plane tickets. She will start to drive off if Jerry and I aren't there in five minutes, you have to follow her. I mean it Kim."
"Don't leave me, Jack. Please don't leave me."
"I'm not leaving; just think of it as an I'll see you later. I will see you soon. I love you too much to let you slip out of my fingers that quick." He pulled me into a hug and gave me a hard forehead kiss before Jerry was banging on the door again.
"Three more stories and then they're here. The girls gotta go, now Jack."
He opened the door for me and watched me jog to the stairs. I mouthed a quick 'I love you' and met with Grace, the both of us letting a tear fall after the sound of the first gunshot.
We got to the lobby and all but sprinted to the cars. She started the timer the second her seatbelt was on. We waited and waited before she mouthed, "Fifteen more seconds." She put her car in reverse and backed out as I, too followed her path to the airport.
We went through security and just sat down in our seats, but Grace and I still hadn't heard from the guys. I looked at my phone and frowned at the blank screen as a stewardess walked by. "Do you know how long the flight can be postponed?" I asked, desperate for Jack's presence.
"We leave in two minutes." She said, turning and continuing on her path.
Grace, who was right beside me, tapped my shoulder lightly. "Kim, they aren't getting on this flight. They're driving the cars up to New York themselves. They're gonna meet us in New York in a couple of days. I'm so sorry I didn't tell you earlier, Jack didn't want you to freak out."
When she told me that, I stopped talking to her. I didn't say a word to her for the entire flight, nor did she attempt to speak to me.
Once we were out of the JFK Airport, Grace hailed a taxi for us and gave the cab driver a slip of paper. I held Gaby's car seat close to me during the ride because there wasn't any room to buckle her in.
We arrived at a swanky apartment complex that looked like a hotel and Grace walked up to the front desk, confidently; I glared daggers into her eyes; she knew everything and I was completely clueless.
"Welcome to the Touraine, how may I help you?" The concierge said, cheerfully.
"My name is Grace Moore. Now I know that you don't know me, but my friend, Jack Brewer, sent me and my other friend, Kim Crawford, to come up to the penthouse." She said.
"Oh! We weren't expecting you all for two more days! However, I was told that if a Kim Crawford came, to give her this video and tell you to go to the Four Seasons Hotel on 57th. But, my name is Alyssa. I work every day from 8 AM to 8 PM. From 8 PM to 8 AM, Samantha will be here. I would take you up to your room, but they're still putting the rest of the penthouse together. If you're lucky, since it's only 12 now, they might be ready by tomorrow afternoon." She continued to tell us more information about the penthouse, before we were ushered outside. She got a cab for us, taking us to our next destination.
We pulled up to the Four Seasons that was about five minutes away from the penthouse. Grace walked up to the front desk and got the keys, handing one to me, before we went upstairs. On the elevator ride, I noticed my stomach grumbling, that I'd been ignoring since this morning. I frowned after I realized that Gaby had only had a bottle with Jack and a bottle on the plane today.
When we got up to the suite, I quickly picked the room to the right, not even sparing a glance at Grace. I sat on the bed with Gaby, before searching for the menu for room service. I ordered a turkey club, that Gaby and I could share, and an ice cream sundae. I turned Team Umizoomi on for her.
It's like I was just there, not even living. I haven't been like this since the situation. I was broken out of my trance when there was a knock on the door. When I went to answer the person, my phone started ringing. I ran and picked it up, my mood instantly brightening at the sight of the name. "Hello, Jackson, I'll be right back." I said, bitterly. I went and got the food, quickly saying a thank you to the server. "What do you want?"
"I'm so happy to finally hear your voice and know that you're fine." He said, softly.
"If you really wanted to make sure I was fine, you would have accompanied us to New York."
"I know you're mad at me, Kimmy. I know I told you that I'd be there, but you need to be safe more than having me with you. And don't be pissed at Grace, she told Jerry you wouldn't let her explain. She found out about the plan after y'all were already on the plane; she was just as surprised as you were. I promise I'll make it up to you." He says
"Jack, you don't understand. I need you, I need you so much it hurts. I'm not like I used to be; it's like I'm back to the person I was after that thing happened. Jack I'm scared." My voice broke at the last part, I don't want to go back to that place.
"Kim, I swear I'm getting you as fast as I can. I'm trying to get there by midnight, ten hours. On a happier note, how's Gaby? I hear her favorite show in the background." He says, chuckling.
I look back to Gaby who is sitting up on the bed, like a big girl, looking at the sandwich in my hand. "Well right now, Geo and Bot don't matter; the only thing she cares about is the sandwich in my hand." I said, giggling. I walked back over to my little sister and sat the food down, breaking a small piece of the bread off for Gaby, who took it smiling. "Her two bottom teeth look great. I don't know what we're gonna do when her top two start to come in."
We stayed on the phone until 6 PM, a whole whopping four hours! I did end up crying half of the time; I really miss my Mama. I yawned loudly into the phone, blushing though he couldn't see me.
"Get some rest, Kimmy. I'll be there when you wake up." Jack said, hanging up.
I picked Brie up and took her out to the living room where Grace was watching TV. She looked up at me, hopefully. "I'm sorry!" We exclaimed at the same time. We giggled simultaneously, walking to the other for a tight embrace. We ended up talking about my mother, when we decided to go down for dinner at 7:30. Thank God this hotel had a restaurant!
When we got back to the room, I heated a bottle up for a cranky Gabriella, putting the both of us to sleep, quickly.
I rolled over in my bed to be met by something wet on my face. I opened my eyes, slowly adjusting to the light, before I saw it. A PUPPY! I got a puppy; a black lab to be exact. She had on a pink collar with a note attached to it.
Get dressed and go to the breakfast area.
I looked over to the complementary hotel crib and found it empty, meaning that Gaby was with Grace. I slid out of bed and walked to the bathroom, where the puppy followed me. I brushed my teeth before pulling a pair of black yoga pants and a Victoria's Secret PINK turquoise sweatshirt on. I hooked a leash onto the collar and slid into a pair of black converse before walking out of the door. Once I was in the elevator, I put my hair into a messy twist/braid kinda thing.
I walked into the dining area and squealed at the sight.
