A/N: Super short, I know, but I thought this was a nice wrap up to the story. This is a while into the future, and I just wanted to write it cause I feel like a lot of stories don't show what happens after the big kiss and everything, so I wanted to show this as a snapshot of their future. I hope you like it, and this is the final chapter, so I hope you enjoyed the story!

Epilogue

"Waffles, Mommy, waffles!" Savannah sat on her high chair, pounding her little fists against the desk.

"Coming up in a second, sweet pea." Julie moved through the spacious kitchen, turning the waffle maker over and pulling out a bag of potato chips at the same time. She shoved the chips into plastic bags, and those plastic bags into the brown paper bags that contained Mason and Amanda's lunches. Her eldest children walked into the kitchen and she tossed the bagged lunches at them.

"Mason, you have football practice after school today, and don't forget to wait for Amanda when she gets out of band practice. You two will wait on the curb for your dad to pick you up when he gets done with work." Mason nodded his head, looking just like his father. The messy mop of hair, which Tim had since cut, the penetrating eyes, the cocky smile. Put it all together, he was a true carbon copy of his father.

Amanda on the other hand, resembled neither of her parents. She looked a lot like Billy, but she had Gracie's coloring. Her wide jaw, perfectly almond-shaped eyes, and thin-lipped mouth were shaded in golden tones. In interests, however, Amanda was far different from the rest of her family. She was likely the least athletic of the bunch, but in a family of football fans, she couldn't stray far from the field. She chose music instead, joining the school band and staying on track to play at pep rallies.

Joseph, their third child who slept until he absolutely had to wake up, was headed into first grade. He was the wild child, the one who pulled crazy pranks and got into more trouble at school than any other kid. He was towheaded like his mother, with a dusting of freckles across his nose and cheeks, and very fair skin. He was a rambunctious one, and never gave his parents a moment of silence.

The youngest, Savannah, sat in her high chair, still demanding waffles. She was a bubbly four year old, happy and charming and wrapping everyone around her little finger. She had the brilliant red hair of her grandmother, the smooth tan skin of her grandfather, and the spunky personality of her aunt and uncle.

"Here's your waffles, honey." Julie slid the waffles onto her daughter's plate and pushed her long blonde hair over her shoulder. She turned her head to wipe down the waffle maker and felt a kiss planted on her bared shoulder and smiled, tilting her head away to give him more space. He took the opportunity, placing a kiss on her neck.

"Good morning," Tim rumbled from behind her. His arms wrapped securely around her middle. Julie smiled, leaning back into his warm hold and pressing a kiss to his mouth.

"Eww, Mommy and Daddy are kissing!" Joseph called as he walked into the room. The kid wouldn't give them a break.

Julie smiled and pulled back, shaking her head. "You missed breakfast, Joey."

"I'll eat at school."

"First grade doesn't work like that, buddy." Tim bent down next to his son. "Eat a bagel so your mother won't worry."

"I won't worry. He can starve, just so long as he doesn't get called to the principal's office today. It's been a difficult few years since you learned to talk, mister, and if I get a call from your teacher or principal today, you will be talking to the walls for a month with no TV."

"Mom!"

"I can't argue with your mother there. You need to be good this year buddy." Tim mussed his blonde hair, then patted him on the shoulder. "Go wait for the bus with your brother and sister."

The three kids turned to walk out the side door. "Have a good day!" Julie yelled after them. Savannah was still happily enjoying her waffles.

"Today's gonna be a good day, isn't it?" Tim hugged Julie closer.

"With you, it always is." She leaned her head against his shoulder and knew that Texas was in her heart. Forever.
