Nico ended up leaving Sunday morning despite Jason's whiny protests. Nico gave Jason a breathtaking kiss before leaving him in front of the hotel, hard and wanting to race after the car that had picked up Nico just to touch him one more time.

The pair then spent the entirety of the day texting.

And into the night.

And the next morning.

To Nico:

Heading to school now. Can't wait to see you 3

To Jason:

You're so sappy

To Nico:

If you think I'm not going to kiss the life out of you when I see you, you're seriously mistaken.

To Jason:

I expected nothing less

Jason jumped into the backseat of his father's limo. Knowing that Ganymede wouldn't have much to do with Jason's father being in Paris, Jason decided to call him and ask him to give him a ride to school and give his regular driver the day off.

"What's got you all perky?" Ganymede asked with a glint in his eye and Jason shut the door behind him.

"I've just had a good weekend," Jason smiled back at him before he felt his phone buzz in his hand again.

To Jason:

I'm here. Hurry up!

Jason could feel heat rising to his cheeks as he typed out a response.

"So I'm assuming you had a good Valentine's Day, then?" Ganymede smirked, pulling away from the front of the hotel.

"I… yeah I did," Jason responded, the heat spreading down his neck. Jason felt his cheek begin to itch and he scratched it absentmindedly.

"It's good to see you all smiley, kid. It does you some good to smile," Ganymede chuckled. "So are you going to tell me what was all that fuss about that security video?"

"Oh yeah… that," Jason shrugged. "I don't know. I'll just have to watch it and find out I guess. The whole thing seems stupid to me."

Ganymede looked at Jason pointedly in the mirror. "Regardless, if something seems suspicious to you, you let me know. If something's going on with your father's hotel, it needs to be dealt with."

Jason saluted the driver with a smile. "Yes, sir!"

Ganymede smiled and rolled his eyes. "Are your grades as good as your recent mood?"

"Yes mom," Jason droned out.

Ganymede chuckled at that and the sound suddenly hit Jason with a wave of nostalgia. Memories of Jason, Thalia, and Ganymede playing games in the back room of their old home. Before Ganymede was forced to be Zeus's driver, before New York, before

Instead of waiting for him at their usual table, Jason found Nico bundled up outside the school building where Jason was dropped off. Jason stepped out of the car and noticed Nico's face begin to brighten a little.

God he was in love with this kid.

"Nico!" Jason exclaimed, practically running over to him. He bent down to give him a quick peck on the lips before he gathered him in his arms, interlocking his fingers around Nico's lower back.

"I've missed you."

Nico smiled and reached up to grab Jason's neck and pull him back down. "I've noticed." Nico gave him another kiss.

Jason felt his phone buzz in his pocket with a text message and Nico looked down at his pocket with a smile. "Who're you talkin' to?" he smirked.

Jason laughed, retracting his hold from around Nico and electing to grasp his hand instead. "Not sure," he replied. He used his now free hand to dig into his pocket for his phone.

"It's Reyna," Jason told his boyfriend as he read off the message.

To Jason:

Hey, can we talk soon? I've got some things to catch you up on.

Jason typed out a quick response telling her he would Skype her tonight before he pocketed the phone.

Nico slipped his hand into Jason's and interlocked their fingers. "Come on. People will worry if we take too long."

Jason squeezed his boyfriend's hand with a whine. "But I don't want to share you."

Nico tugged at him with a smirk. "Come on, you'll have me all to yourself later okay?"

"Promise?" Jason tilted his head and blinked at his boyfriend, who only rolled his eyes in response.

"Yes, you dork. Now let's go."

Percy and Leo, since getting together, hadn't acted very… coupley. Didn't hold hands. Didn't kiss in the halls. Shit, the only reason Jason knew they were together was because Annabeth had bugged them to tell everyone.

So, the electrifying shock of seeing Leo leaning back against Percy's chest with Percy's arm wrapped around his torso was enough for Jason to literally stop moving midstride. Nico, who hadn't noticed and continued walking, lost Jason's grip and turned around to look worriedly at him.

"Jason?"

Jason tugged Nico closer to him and nodded at their usual table. "Do you see that?"

"See what?" Nico asked before he glanced over to their table. "Oh."

Jason chuckled. "Yeah. Oh."

"That's some nice progress."

Jason couldn't help but smile and he leaned to give Nico a peck on his lips. "It sure is."

The action turned Nico's face red and he looked away in embarrassment. "Let's go," Nico mumbled and tugged Jason in the direction of the table. Jason couldn't help chuckling.

The two walked up to their usual table and everyone greeted them. Leo looked down at their joined hands with a raised eyebrow. "That's gay."

"Look at yourself, why don't ya?" Nico rolled his eyes before he took his usual seat. Leo reached out his foot and kicked at Nico, landing his assault on Nico's thigh.

"Shut up, you emo."

Jason sat down next to Nico and greeted both Hazel and Frank. Hazel lifted up her hand and that's when Jason noticed it: a familiar band was wrapped around her left ring finger. Without thinking he reached up and grabbed her hand, angling it palm down so he could see the ring.

Hazel yelped at the sudden action but when she noticed what he was looking at, she immediately started to turn red. She looked down sheepishly with a faint smile.

"What the he- oh," Percy interjected before he noticed the piece of jewelry. "Is that…?"

"It's a promise ring," Hazel replied shyly and shifted her gaze to Frank beside her who blushed but smiled brightly.

"I gave it to her for Valentine's," Frank spoke up, wrapping his arm around Hazel's waist.

"Congrats you guys!" Leo exclaimed and he practically pushed Percy away from himself to look at the ring closer. Apparently, the push had been rough if Percy's shocked expression was anything to go by.

The expression then turned dejected as Leo sat back down in the seat but didn't lean against Percy again.

Jason really needed to talk to Percy about what was going on with the two of them. Sure Nico probably heard bits and pieces from Leo but Nico respected Leo's privacy too much to tell Jason without Leo's permission. Which is probably why Leo chose Nico to confide in in the first place.

"How'd you give it to her?" Leo asked with an excited gleam in his eye. Percy, next to him, eyed him warily.

"When I took her to a restaurant. Right after they brought out the desserts."

Hazel tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. "It was pretty romantic."

"Wow," Leo smiled. "Hey Percy," Leo turned to look at his boyfriend. "What were you going to do when you were going to give Annabeth her ring?"

The table suddenly got awkwardly quiet. Nico glared at Leo but Leo ignored him, instead making dead eye contact with Percy.

"I-I hadn't figured that out yet… back when I was going to… yeah," Percy looked extremely uncomfortable and he scooted a little bit in his seat as he tried to get away from Leo.

"Leo I don't think-" Piper started but Leo interrupted her.

"He's my boyfriend, isn't he? I should be able to ask questions about his previous relationships."

"Leo," Nico warned and rested his hand on Leo's arm. "Come on, be more mature."

Leo looked over at him and smiled widely. "I am being mature. I am maturingly asking my boyfriend about his previous mature relationship with our mature friend Annabeth in a mature manner."

"Come on Leo," Percy finally spoke. He put his hand on Leo's shoulder and stood up. "We can talk about this somewhere else."

"See? Mature," Leo continued to Nico before he stood up too. "Let's go babe."

Leo then walked off in the direction of the Leo Cave and Percy sighed before he followed right after.

"I didn't mean to upset him," Hazel said concerned, her eyes locked on the pairs' backs. "They were being so cute up until then."

"I think he's still self-conscious about Percy being with Annabeth," Piper spoke up. "He was there for most of their relationship as his best friend. He probably feels like he isn't living up to this image of the perfect significant other that he thought Annabeth was."

"Leo doesn't think he's good enough?" Jason asked. "That makes no sense."

"Well I mean their relationship has been nothing but rocky since New Year's and Percy was still with Annabeth then. Not to mention Percy was with Annabeth for a long time. There's a history there. And Leo feels like he destroyed that by taking Percy away from her."

"I thought it was mutual though?" Frank asked. "Not to mention it was Annabeth who was pushing the two of them together."

"That might actually be part of it. Leo probably sees it that Percy is with him out of obligation. Percy lost Annabeth so he moved on to the next thing." Jason reasoned. "Though I still don't think that's right. Percy wouldn't do something like that right? Plus the reason he left Annabeth was for Leo right?"

Nico sighed. "That's not how Leo sees it though."

"And Percy isn't doing a good job of showing him otherwise," Piper sighed.

Jason sighed. Seemed like he was going to be talking to Percy soon.

Jason didn't have time to talk to Percy. He didn't have time in his classes and both Percy and Leo were missing during lunch and then both were missing for their Basketball class. Luckily the coach didn't take roll that day.

"Do you know where Percy is?" Annabeth asked when Jason first walked out of the locker room. Jason shrugged. "Haven't seen him since first period. Both him and Leo were missing during lunch too."

"Shit," Annabeth muttered under her breath. Jason frowned and moved to ask her why but Piper walked up right then and she immediately turned to her with a smile so Jason felt it best to drop it for now.

With Annabeth anyway.

After Nico walked out of the locker room, Jason pulled him to the side. "Hey, what's going on? Leo and Percy haven't shown up."

Nico shrugged his shoulders. "I'm assuming they're making out in some corner of the school. Or in Percy's car."

Jason blinked at him. "Wait what?"

Nico shrugged his shoulders. "That's how they handle their problems. They ignore it and kiss each other silly. They're not the greatest at communication."

"Wait," Jason frowned. "Why do you know this?"

"Leo and I are close remember? So close that you thought we were dating?" Jason turned red at that. Nico reached forward to grab his hand before he squeezed it in reassurance. "Leo tells me a lot of things."

"What's going on with them?" Jason asked, moving his palm to better hold Nico's hand and interlock their fingers.

Nico sighed.

"I'm not sure, Jason. But to be completely honest, I'm kind of worried."

Jason pulled up his phone again to check the time. It had been a good 20 minutes now. Longer than it should've taken Nico to swing by his locker to pick up his books.

Jason considered shooting Nico a text to ask what was taking so long but his fingers froze over the keyboard. He could text Nico or he could just go look for him himself. He wouldn't mind the stroll.

Jason walked off towards the second floor's science wing, where he knew Nico's locker was.

He was at the top of the staircase when he stopped suddenly.

The thing about the top of the staircase was that there was this small room you had to walk through to get to the hallway. Inside it was a desk and chair for students taking makeup tests. Another thing about the top of the staircase: you can listen to what the students are saying just around the corner without being seen. And Leo's locker happened to be in prime eavesdropping location.

Now, Jason definitely wasn't the jealous, nosy boyfriend type. He wouldn't spy on his boyfriend or ruin his trust. But it wasn't Nico's voice that had Jason stopping on the top of the staircase. It was Leo's.

"What happened to the whole 'respecting my privacy' stuff you always go on about?" Jason had heard which put his casual stroll to a stop.

"Leo," Nico replied. "Percy's trying really hard to make this relationship work."

"Oh. So Percy put you up to this, huh?" Leo replied.

"Percy would never put me up to anything and you know that," Nico shot back. "It's just obvious how unhealthy this whole thing is."

"Unhealthy?" Leo scoffed.

"Using sex to solve your problems doesn't actually work, you know. You have to communicate and talk to each other. I know you're still insecure about this whole thing but-"

"Why don't you just mind your own damn business?" Leo raised his voice.

"Because you're being unfair Leo!"

"Oh cause you and Jason are the epitome of relationships. Such amazing communication between you two huh?" Leo's voice dripped with a venomous sarcasm.

"That's different and you know it," Nico shot back. Jason frowned and pushed himself against the wall as a couple of students walked past him and down the stairs.

Leo laughed. "See? I knew you still hadn't told him. You're only happy together because you keep secrets from each other."

"This isn't about me." Nico's voice was beginning to get scarily aggressive. "Jason and I aren't the ones who settle our arguments with a good fuck."

"Fuck you," Leo shot back and suddenly Jason heard a thump of shoes hitting the school's tiles and Jason realized a little too late that Leo was walking to the staircase, right for where he was standing.

Leo's footsteps stopped when he saw Jason standing there, his face looked shocked but he quickly recovered and walked out of Nico's line of sight and onto the top of the stairway where Jason stood.

"Did you just hear all that?" he asked in a whisper and Jason was shocked to hear Leo's voice cracked.

Jason pursed his lips and looked away from Leo's face. Was he reeling from what he just heard? Hell yeah he was. What had Leo been talking about? What was Nico keeping from him? Did Nico not trust him?

But Jason could tell from Leo's voice. He was desperate for Jason to not have heard their argument. He was begging that Jason had just walked up.

Jason made the decision in seconds but the amount of emotions swirling inside him made it seem much longer.

"I just heard you screaming." He told him. "What were you so mad about?"

Leo was quiet for a second. He searched Jason face for a moment before he sighed. "I was being an ass to Nico. Go console your boy toy. I'm going home." Leo walked around him and stepped down the first step.

"We missed you and Percy at Basketball," Jason said before he could think twice. "Where were you guys?"

Leo looked over his shoulder at Jason and he felt his stomach drop. He wasn't sure why. But Leo just smiled at him. "Check behind the arts building next time you're looking for us. Though I think Nico might get a little jealous." Leo winked at Jason before he continued his descent to the first floor.

Jason was so thrown off, he couldn't even think to react to the accusation Leo had technically just made.

Deciding to ignore that, he turned around and entered the hallway. Nico was well down it, rummaging through his own locker. He had probably stalked away just as Leo had which is why Nico didn't know Jason and Leo had talked.

Nico didn't know he had heard everything.

I knew you still hadn't told him. You're only happy together because you keep secrets from each other.

So Nico was keeping something from him? It hurt a little. Jason had bared his soul to Nico not too long ago and Jason thought Nico had done the same thing. He had been very emotional talking about Luke. Jason had remembered being happy that Nico trusted him so much. Was that a lie? Did Nico not really trust him?

Nico had told Leo about whatever it was that Nico was keeping from Jason. Who else knew? Why couldn't Nico just tell him about whatever it was?

Jason walked down the hall to Nico's locker, his boyfriend spotting him when he was about halfway there and gave him a little wave before he shoved the last of his books into his locker and slammed it shut.

When Jason reached him, he spent no time wrapping his arms around him and interlock his fingers on Nico's lower back.

"Hey sorry I took so long," Nico replied before he quickly pecked Jason on the lips. "Had a little chat with Leo."

"Yeah, I heard him scream." Jason heard himself say before he could really think. Was he about to lie to his boyfriend? Pretend that he hadn't heard Leo blatantly accuse Nico of keeping secrets from him? An accusation that Nico hadn't even attempted to deny?

"Yeah," Nico sighed. "He wasn't happy."

"I could tell," Jason chuckled.

"Come on now," Nico said. "School day's over. I kind of want to spend it with my boyfriend instead of worrying about Leo." Nico pulled back and laced their fingers together. "I've been thinking about the things I want to do to you all day."

Jason felt himself blush and he covered his mouth slightly. He tried to come up with a response but Nico quickly chuckled.

"Come on." Nico pulled Jason's hand from his face and gave him a kiss. "None of that."

Jason felt like he was going to explode.

Nico ended up coming over for a few hours and the departure was dramatic on Jason's part but Nico promised to see him again the next day and with a final kiss, Nico left Jason alone in the hotel.

Jason felt the emptiness almost immediately.

He realized he was in the honeymoon phase but dammit if he wasn't going to appreciate his boyfriend.

He had almost forgotten about the conversation in the hall.

Almost.

How much did Leo know about Nico? How much was Nico keeping from him? Nico had clearly said that using sex to solve problems isn't good (and he should know) and it was then that Leo started to get really angry.

Jason was worried. Worried about why Nico was keeping secrets. Worried about Leo and Nico's friendship. Worried about Leo and Percy's relationship.

Damn. He thought everything would get better once Percy and Leo were together. Of course, if they weren't ready for a relationship yet, that probably made things pretty complicated.

If Leo really was insecure about Percy's feelings for him like Piper had said, it would explain a lot. Percy and Leo's relationship had started off as purely physical. Was Leo holding onto that past? Did he think Percy was happier then?

Percy hadn't been looking too happy since he and Leo had gotten together now that Jason thought about it. In fact, that morning when Percy had his arms wrapped around Leo's torso was the happiest he had seen him in months.

Jason rubbed his face. This was all much too complicated. He needed some simplicity in his life.

That's when he remembered.

Reyna.

He was supposed to Skype her. And if there was anything not complicated about his life, it was Reyna.

He walked to his room to grab his laptop and situated himself on his couch. He pulled out his phone to send her a quick text to tell her he was available to talk.

A few minutes later, his laptop was ringing with a phone call.

Jason accepted the call with a smile.

And was a little shocked to find Reyna not returning the gesture.

"Reyna?" Jason asked with a frown. "Are you okay?"

Reyna gave him a small smile. "Yeah. I'm okay. I'm actually very okay. More okay than I've been in a while I think."

"Oh?" Jason raised his eyebrows.

Reyna took in a deep breath. "I think it's about time that you knew…"

"Is this about your boyfriend?"

"It's… she's not a boy." Reyna looked away from the computer long enough for Jason to pick up on the guilt in her expression.

"Oh?" he repeated.

Jason and Reyna had talked about her sexual orientation before. She had told him numerous times that she was largely attracted to men but she still felt heat curl in her stomach when she saw a girl she found attractive.

Jason had assumed that had meant Reyna would try to settle down with a male, which is why he had always teased her about her being in a relationship with a boy. He suddenly felt insensitive towards her sexual orientation for that.

"Yeah…" Reyna trailed off. Jason noticed how awkward she suddenly seemed. Jason, in all his years knowing her, had never known her to be anything but confident.

"Well are you going to tell me about her?" Jason chuckled in an attempt to break the tension.

"Yeah… I… Jason," Reyna stumbled with her words.

Jason smiled. "Yes, Reyna?"

"It's Annabeth."

Jason froze where he sat. His eyes grew wide and he'd never dropped his jaw so quickly. "What?"

"My girlfriend. The person I've been dating. It's Annabeth."

So much for not complicated.

"Jason. What are you doing?" Reyna asked with a frown.

"Making a phone call," he gruffly replied before he stuck the phone to his ear. The sound of it ringing filling his ears.

"Who are you calling?" she frowned.

Jason ignored her and instead focused on the "Hello?" that echoed in his ears.

"Get on Skype," he said.

"What? I'm busy," they replied. "Is something wrong?"

"Just get on Skype," Jason replied.

The line got quiet for a second before Jason heard a quick "fine" and the dial tone.

Several minutes later, Jason was in a three-way call. With Reyna and her apparent girlfriend, Annabeth.

Annabeth raised her eyebrows when she entered the call and noticed Reyna was the third party. "I'm assuming you told him."

Jason was done. For the first time in a long time, he was mad. People were always keeping secrets from him. The boy from New Orleans kept who he really was a secret. Reyna kept who he was a secret. Nico had kept so much of his past a secret. Leo was keeping whatever was wrong with him a secret.

And Reyna had been keeping who she was seeing a secret. Except the fact that it was Annabeth the whole time was too much.

"When?"

"Um…" Reyna replied. "Well it's been about-"

"How did you meet?"

Reyna frowned at the interruption. "When we-"

"Who else knows about this?" he interrupted again.

"Damn it Jason!" Reyna screamed and folded her arms across her chest. "Let me finish a damn sentence."

"How about we calm down for a second?" Annabeth interjected. "We'll start from the beginning. We already agreed to tell you everything. We'll answer any questions you have."

Annabeth's calm demeanor settled Jason down a little. He took in a deep breath. "Alright. Fine. From the beginning. But first, who else knows?"

"Percy," Annabeth replied immediately. "I told him before we got together. I wanted to make sure he was okay with it." Annabeth looked away from the computer screen. "He's still my best friend. I still want him in my life."

"Okay," Jason nodded his head. That made sense. Did Percy tell Leo that though?

"But we started talking back in September," Reyna spoke up.

"The fuck?" Jason frowned. "How did you guys start talking anyways?"

"Remember when you left your laptop open the night of homecoming?" Annabeth spoke up. "Thalia answered it for you and we all talked. We exchanged Skype names then. After that, we just began to talk."

Jason remembered that. Reyna hadn't mentioned anything about swapping Skype names with Annabeth. Just that she had met Nico. Whom she knew Jason had been having wet dreams about at the time.

Back when Jason was still hung up over the boy from New Orleans.

Oh god. Had Reyna told Annabeth about that?

"So your trip to New York?" Jason asked. "That was all to see Annabeth?"

"Well no," Reyna replied with a shake of her head. "It was to see you. But meeting up with Annabeth was definitely a plus."

"And why didn't you tell me about all that?" Jason asked with a frown. "You being friends with Annabeth never came up in conversation. Why?"

Reyna blinked for a couple seconds. "You were a little preoccupied with your own little problem, Jason. I didn't want to burden you with the idea that I was getting a crush on a girl who had been in a committed relationship for almost two years."

The envelope. Reyna was talking about the envelope.

"Reyna," Jason frowned. "You're my best friend. Nothing you could tell me would ever be a burden."

Reyna scoffed. "Sap." But she smiled. Jason couldn't help but smile back.

"You've helped me so much. Don't you ever think I wouldn't do the same for you."

Annabeth laughed. "Should I leave you two alone?"

"Absolutely not," Jason replied. "I still have questions. Is this why you pushed Percy and Leo together?"

Annabeth sighed. "I wouldn't say it was the sole cause. There were a lot of factors involved."

"Like?" Jason pressed.

"I don't know how much you know about what happened with Leo and Percy…" Annabeth trailed off.

"I know they kissed on New Year's. Then Leo showed up hungover at the hotel. Percy didn't remember it."

Annabeth nodded. "Leo told me the second he saw me at school and…" Annabeth sighed. "I don't know. I guess I wasn't…. upset about it? I found it very easy to forgive him. Which was a huge red flag for me." Annabeth shrugged her shoulders. "I was never the crazy jealous type. But girls have flirted with Percy before and I've felt super… territorial about it. So when I didn't get mad about it, I started questioning our relationship.

"I didn't tell Percy I knew about it. And then not too long after, Leo and Percy showed up at my place and Leo told me that it had happened again. Percy and I talked it over and that's when we broke up."

Jason remembered that. Percy and Leo had kissed again when they had spent the night at Jason's place. They had left together the next morning. Had they gone directly to Annabeth?

"That was also when Percy found out that he and Leo had kissed on New Year's. Apparently Percy was too drunk to remember it had happened."

Jason ran his hand through his hair. This was so much. Jason felt so… out of the loop. How much of this did Nico know? God how much more did Reyna know than he did? And she was on the other side of the damn country.

"I didn't know Reyna liked me," Annabeth continued. "So me trying to get Percy and Leo together wasn't a product of that."

Reyna nodded her head. "I didn't tell her until a week after she and Percy broke up."

"I just figured they would be happier together. If Percy liked him enough to cheat on me, then there's something there." Annabeth sighed before she dragged her hands down her face. "But I think I completely screwed it, and them, up.

"Percy and I had been together too long for us to move on as quickly as we did. Sure, our attraction to each other had been slowly diminishing for a while but to get into a new relationship so quickly was kind of not the wisest decision for either of us."

"Yeah. It was kind of fast," Jason thought. It had been barely a month since the pair broke up.

"Percy's not ready to start a whole new relationship," Annabeth continued. "He doesn't know how to handle something so fresh and fragile. We've been around each other for so long. Everything seemed natural with the two of us. And now Percy is just trying to force that onto Leo without knowing it and Leo is retaliating pretty harshly."

Jason nodded his head during the whole story. He took it all in. It was all so much. Too much. How was everyone going to fix this?

"And with Reyna and I-" Annabeth changed the topic. "-we're keeping the relationship a secret for now. We're still getting to know each other technically. The only people we wanted to tell were Percy and you."

"We need to talk with them," Jason spoke up. "Or you guys do at least. Put everything on the table. No more secrets, okay?"

That's when Jason remembered what Leo had said in the hall.

Oh cause you and Jason are the epitome of relationships. Such amazing communication between you two huh?

Leo had already lashed out about talking about his relationship.

Not to mention Jason felt a little hypocritical since, apparently, he and Nico still had things to talk about with each other.

Jason needed an aspirin.

"Yeah I know," Annabeth said.

"Both of you," Jason pointed at the pair of them with two fingers. "Reyna is a part of this too. And Percy is your best friend. No need to keep her away from him."

"Yeah I know," Annabeth replied, shaking her head up and down. And suddenly Jason noticed Annabeth's eyes began to shine. Before he knew it, her tears began to spill from them.

Reyna moved closer to the computer with a concerned look. Jason watched as her worry slowly got an edge of dejected as she realized she couldn't physically comfort her significant other. Not from so far away.

"I've screwed up so much," Annabeth cried. "God I'm so sorry." She wiped at her eyes.

"Babe," Reyna said without seeming to notice it. The nickname had a small smile form on Annabeth's face for a moment, despite her despair.

Jason began to panic for a second. He hadn't meant for her to cry. Shit!

"I'll talk to him," Annabeth said between her tears. "Tomorrow. I promise."
