A/N Homework is the worst invention ever. So sorry for the incredibly long wait, but I hope to be updating again soon. :) This chapter is dedicated to my friends IcestormB and badwolf4242564, for their amazing help, and also to everyone who has stuck with me this long. You guys are awesome. :D

Jack stepped up to the console, and started pushing buttons. If there was one thing the Doctor had taught him, it was if in doubt, push buttons. Unfortunately, the button pushing had the opposite of the desired affect.

"Duck!" shouted Rose, as all of the chambers simultaneously opened.

Alpha crouched down next to them, brandishing a gun. "I'll protect you, just keep pressing buttons." They both nodded, though Jack's was a bit more reluctant.

Jack continued to press more buttons, only to find that some gave off powerful electric shocks when pushed, so when he fell to the ground, dead, Rose wasn't all that surprised. She smashed open the side of the console, and began to try to disable the chambers, and hopefully, the electrical charges.

Gunfire ripped into the wall above her head. "Keep going!" Alpha said, and he sprang out from cover to deliver a spray of bullets back to the oncoming storm.

"Well, I guess we'd better figure out how to get out of here," commented Martha. The Doctor was still staring at where Hope had disappeared, as if he couldn't believe she had left him behind. He replied with a grunt that sounded a little like "yeah" but she couldn't be sure. "Well, we are surrounded by semi-useful garbage. Something in here should be useful." He continued to stare into space. "Hello? Doctor?" She tried, snapping her fingers in front of his face. This was going to take awhile.

Hope drew a gun out of her jacket. She had nicked it out Jack's room on the TARDIS. Pointing it at the Master, she stepped forward. "Put your hands up."

He raised them. "Don't worry, I'm not armed." He smiled. "I knew you were coming. Do you want to know how? Sit down and we'll chat, have some tea, wait for your father to get here."

She took another step forward. "No. We will not. You held me here, made a copy of me, made an entire army of clones, and you think we are just going to sit down and discuss the weather?!"

"Oh little Hope, so angry, unlike your father, who is always so willing to make me join him-"

"I AM NOT MY FATHER!" She shouted, tears leaking from her eyes. "Everyone wants me to be him, expects me to be like him! I can see them think it, and they just don't know what to do with me!"

"Nobody said you had to be," the Master said, standing. "If you join me, we can make them understand, and we could rule the world together, make it as you wish."

"Stop!" She screamed, "No I will not rule the world, I am going to make you pay to everything you ever to me!" She clicked the safety off the gun. Cautiously, she walked toward to door, keeping him in her sight. Unlocking it, she gestured him through it. "Go through." He hesitated for a second, as if debating whether to run or not, so she pulled the trigger, sending a bullet through his arm. He grimaced, but showed no further sign of pain. Keeping the gun at his back, she swiftly walked him down the corridor, not having to worry about the clones anymore, as Jack, Rose and Alpha were keeping them busy.

She paused at a very secure looking door, similar to the one she had been held behind. After hacking the entrance code with one of her homemade devices, she pushed him in. Locking it after him, she opened a communication link into the room.

"You can't keep me locked up in here forever, Hope." He had a mischievous look in his eyes. "I know all the security codes to this complex. I could open this door right now if I wanted to."

"Yeah but, you can't. Know why? Because I just finished changing all of them. Oh and before you head over that computer, do note that it has been short circuited by the power surge I have just caused."

The Master swore under his breath. "Let me out, I'll be good, I promise," he tried.

Hope shook her head. "Sorry, but you are doomed."

"If you don't let me out I swear by Rassilon that you and your friends and everyone you ever interacted with will die, painful terrible deaths, with their blood on your hands."

"I'm assuming those chambers work reversing time as well as speeding it up? Let's see if it works."
