Think before you flame!

There once was a girl who adored to write, she'd never quite fit into a catagory at school, she was rather strange and although she never told many people, she'd attempted suicide a few times, at one point in her life she made up a list of things she could use that would kill her. One day she discovered fanfiction, she began reading and reading lots of creative stories, she even got her own account and began posting her own stories, at first she didn't get many reviews, but that didn't stop her, she continued to write. She evn switched fandoms and attempted to write something different, then she finally found somewhere she fit in! She talked to many people in a fandom and she made lots of friends, for once she was happy.

Then something happened, one day one of the people she so happily enjoyed talking to was flamed for a story they gave a warning about, the person verbally attacked not only the writer, but the girl and a few of their mutual friends, the girl was so shaken that she waited until the next day and when her family wasn't around, she took a razorblade and cut her wrists before taking paracetamol, a pain relief tablet, when her mother came home later that day she found her daughter dead.

The reason of her death was found out and one of her sisters posted an Authors Note in each of her stories, explaining that the writer had died because of a violent flame and couldn't take things anymore, the sister admitted it hadn't even been a year since her last cutting and she still had scars from it, the girl had been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder this year and was a young carer for her mother, she'd also tried taking at least three overdoses this year using her anti-depressants, which she came off only 2 months ago, she'd also been bullied, and they were just waiting for the final straw.

The flamer never left a name, but they never knew they drove a person to suicide and death, maybe if they had they would have thought twice, that girl was once a happy young child, that girl had her whole life ahead of her, now she's in a graveyard.
