He wears: Black T-Shirt with a gray phoenix insignia, Gray baggy pants, black cloak, Brown shoes and a red scarf around his neck.

Inside his cloak are the four segments of his staff. His staff may be used for many things. (Based on real life.) XP

Personality:

He is a mysterious person, usually shows no emotions, takes no sides and sticks to the shadows. Having the habit of appearing and disappearing out of nowhere he can be creepy.

Annoying kids, Horror films, Death, causing & receiving pain and not getting paid
