Author has written 21 stories for Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampire Mysteries, Fifty Shades Trilogy, and Crossfire series, Sylvia Day. Hello and welcome to my profile page! I started writing Fan Fiction in 2013 after being introduced to it by my then teenage daughter. I had recently read Fifty Shades of Grey, Darker & Freed and I had numerous ideas of what happened next rolling around my mind. So after much deliberation I decided to take the plunge. My first efforts were diabolical. There is no other way to describe them. The Lost Baby, Growing Pains, Older & Wiser and Three is the Magic Number were ridiculously short and superficial (not to mention riddled with typo’s) but at that time they were my masterpiece. Only years later did I go over them with a more critical eye, completely overhaul them and merge them together into one story which I called Family Values. By that point I had also written a few more FSOG stories which linked in with these first efforts namely, Goodnight My Love, which is a final farewell to Christian and Ana. Christian which was originally a story which tells of Christian’s early life and his issues. It is written from various perspectives including Christian himself and which again was ridiculously short so I eventually edited it down into a one-shot. This particular story provoked a lot of attention and many people asked me to write a story from Christian’s perspective which I did and that was the catalyst for Blind Faith in You which was inspired by the 80’s song of the same name. After that I felt I had no more to say and I had run out of ideas for stories surrounding these characters. That was until 2019 when a simple one shot wouldn’t leave me alone and kept needling me until I wrote it down and posted it and this was Baby Blues and wasn't linked to any of my other FSOG stories. Sadly reaction to this story then also inspired me to write another one shot called Having the Last Word which is a whimsical little ditty and one which I dedicated to all the Fan Fiction authors out there who have had run ins with internet trolls then also in 2019 inspiration hit me again with another short one shot called Wilful Negligence which questions the parenting role Carrick and Grace played in Christian's life growing up and if they really did enough for him and that led on to questions regarding John Flynn and the very short story The Expensive Charlatan was created as a result. Towards the end of 2019 the looming Christmas period inspired me to write A Christmas Miracle a one-shot with more than a hint of the classic Dickens novel A Christmas Carol about it. I have also written a number of Fan Fiction stories for the Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire Mysteries series of books which I really enjoyed (apart from the final book) and periodically over the years ideas would come to me for stories surrounding Eric and Sookie. The first SVM story I wrote was Awakening in the Dark and this story was actually inspired by another fan fiction story called Happy Anniversary by All About Eric, I contacted that author and asked if I could use her seed of an idea about Sookie being a vampire and she said yes so I ran with it. Sadly in my opinion the SVM series didn’t end well. After the last book I made notes at the time and a few years down the line I found those notes, revisited the entire series and pinpointed where the series fell apart and took the story back to that point and ended it the way I thought it should’ve ended this story was The Dead End. Other stories I have written for the SVM are a couple of One Shots Till The End of Time which was inspired by a documentary I watched on reincarnation and past lives and Eric For Eternity which very nearly never saw the light of day and another full length story called End of Days which came to me from nowhere and literally wrote itself in my head in a matter of days. Since before I wrote my very first fan fictions I had an idea rolling around my head which combined FSOG and the Crossfire Series by Sylvia Day as the stories were similar and I could see how the lives of the characters could be entwined, this resulted in What If…? Fifty Shades of Crossfire (Now called Fifty Shades of Crossfire Family Connections) which was nominated for the best crossover story in the Fan Fic Fanatics Fan Fiction Awards 2015, and that spawned a sequel Daddy Knows Best which to this day is the story I am most proud of. I also wrote a number of stories for the Crossfire series I wrote my take on what book 4 was going to be during the ridiculously long wait for the official book to appear and I also wrote a story written from Gideon’s perspective. Those stories were taken down after they became obsolete after the end of book 5 when I wrote Completely With You which was my take on how I thought the series should’ve ended after being completely disappointed with both book 4 & 5 along with a short one shot sequel called Crossfire - The Next Generation which was written purely due to how much people told me they had enjoyed Completely With You and hoped that I would write more. In 2019 I pulled down all my stories, got rid of the obsolete ones and gave the rest a complete overhaul, hopefully removing errors, typos and plot holes and hopefully making all my stories look more like they were written by an adult rather than a five year old. As 2019 came to an end I actually managed to complete one of the many stories which had been outstanding for a number of years due to severe writers block and in November of that year I started uploading Inevitable Destiny? a story for the FSOG fandom and in December I started uploading A New Life a alternate universe fan fiction for the Crossfire fandom and in 2020 I started uploading a crossover story for the FSOG/Crossfire fandoms called Who Do You Think You Are? |
