Hi!

My name is Mariadoria, or Maria for short. I'm a seventeen-year-old student from New Zealand. Writing is one of my biggest passions. I use fanfiction as a way to practice different facets, such as story, characterisation and dialogue, without having to create a world or characters from scratch. It has made a huge difference in my writing. That, and it has become an addiction that I enjoy a huge amount. I've been writing since 2017 and don't have any plans to stop soon.

I love to write for lots of different fandoms. At the moment, my favourite fandoms are the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Harry Potter, Boku No Hero Academia/My Hero Academia, Terminator, Back to the Future, Doctor Who, Lucifer, Tomb Raider, and Star Wars. I'm the kind of person to get obsessed with something, so expect the list to be added to soon.

A lot of the stories on my profile are old. The reason for this? I'm treating it like a time capsule for my writing, always updating and evolving.

I also want to create a safe space for people and love helping out. If you ever need anyone to talk to, just PM me on here and I'll answer as soon as I can. Even if you want to talk about writing, I'll respond to the best of my ability.

Down below, I have a few answers to questions you may have. I may as well call it a FAQ section. Here we go:

When are you going to update [story title]?
I usually try to have a consistent update schedule for my main stories,
such as Like Father, Like Son My stories that
are on the side don't have a consistent update schedule but rest assured
that they will eventually be updated and finished when I feel like it. I often have large breaks
between stories when I post them, so don't fret.

Can I give you prompts/ideas?
I don't tend to take on prompts or story requests, as I am very busy with my
own. I also like to write to my own schedule. Taking on someone else's story puts
a lot of stress on me that I don't need. My life outside of fanfiction.net and, soon, Ao3, is fairly hectic
and don't need any more. That said, if it is a prompt for a one-shot, I will consider taking it on.

Why can't I find [story title] anymore?
If you can't find a story, it has likely been deleted. If you really want to read it again,
PM me and I can send you a pdf of all the chapters via email.

What is your tolerance for reviewers?
I allow all reviews, including guest reviews, without moderation. I like people to leave their
feedback, even if it is a flame. That being said, if it is a flame that I judge to be too
abusive, I will delete it.

What is your next project?
My current project that I'm working on is a rewrite of one of my older stories
that I just can't leave behind. It is vastly different, but I love it. It's a secret for now,
but watch this space.
