I am a retail manager and mother. Much of my childhood and adult life has revolved around reading, writing and watching anime for hours on end. (I have recruited my kid to this since the day he was born, nothing can stop us now. Muhahaha) Any who, much to my dismay I did not discover fanfiction until the beginning of this year. I know, I know I'm late to the game but I managed to discover so much about this community and after over half a year I decided it was high time to get back into writing. I've loved writing since I was a child from poetry to short stories. Airius Tide was actually a character to some short stories I wrote years ago about a women who was the last of her tribe whose soul had merged with that of a God and wondered the world as an immortal in sorrow and loneliness. Since then, this name has always been an alias I can't seem to let go. At that time in my life I suffered from depression and the stories I wrote revolving around Airius was my scapegoat from reality. Now she is my biggest strength in how far I've come in life.

I will let you all know that me getting back in the writing game(and I must say, it's been a long time) that I am rusty. So if my stories don't seem as detailed or your seeing mistakes, it will take time for me to get back into the routine. My chapters aren't very long (about 2500-4000 words) and they will most likely be multiple amount of chapters but that's because I like to keep people on edge. I am not against writing one-shots though.

Pairings

Zutara: For all you Zutara fans, I am sorry to say that in the beginning, I did not ship this couple. I wasn't a Kataang shipper either, I just went with the flow of it because that's how ATLA ended. But after viewing fanart years ago and then finally stumbling across the Fanfiction, I fell in love with this ship hardcore. So, sorry, not sorry. I am going down with this ship.

Amorra, Amorralok, Korrlok: Yeah, yeah. I know what some of you are thinking but I can't help myself and I can't choose either. To be honest I really didn't ship for Korra to be with anyone at all. After seeing the first season of LOK for the second time, I found how much I enjoyed Amon and Tarrlok's characters. You always tend to find the evil nutjob with a sad backstory, but theirs were so much more and in the end, I think they were truly sorry for what they've done. They tried so hard to be the opposite from their father, it ended up back firing and I was kind of pissed that Bryan and Michael killed off their characters before they had the chance to redeem themselves. But that's my opinion.

Interest

Books: Wicked(not the play) the Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children(goodness not the movie), Heir Apparent, Harry Potter, Blood and Chocolate, Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister, Lord of the Rings, After Alice.

Movies and Shows: Star Wars Trilogy, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, Big Eyes, Avatar the Last Airbender, Game of Thrones, Shameless, The Fifth Element, Sailor Moon, Full Metal Alchemist, Seven Deadly Sins, Kill la Kill, and soooo much more.

Loves: Reading, writing, fishing, boating, fall(yes, I am one of those pumpkin loving freaks), kayaking, hiking, dachshunds, fulfilling my dream of quitting my job and becoming a sailor scout.
