I'm always very aware that it's someone else's work, and I think you can tell a lot about a person by their writing style so change very little in terms of phrasing unless I think it would aid understanding or clarity. I always try and explain why I've changed what I have. I'm not easily offended, so if you don't like a change I've suggested, don't use it. Like I said, it's your work, the final decision is always yours and I'm very happy with that. If there's a particular area you want me to focus on (e.g. grammar or the characterisation of a particular character etc) just let me know :)br /

Spelling, grammar and punctuation, sentence structure and general style. I'm also a great 'Britpicker', and can pick out any Americanisms. I'm also pretty good with characterisation and monologues; I can get right into the heads of characters to word things how they would (or, that's what I like to think XD). I also like it when things stick to canon (it's not essential) so will check everything slots in if it's meant to.

When I write conversations it tends to turn into she said this he said that she said this with nothing in-between. It's my biggest failure when I write and something I really can't help with when beta-ing.

Romances, drama, comedy, angst (if I'm in the right mood)... I'm not amazingly fussy really :)

Would rather not read explicit sex (and no PWP please!). I can do character death, but if I get emotional I get sloppy :/
