I can be very nitpicky. Unless you can take criticism, you'd best stay away from me. If you're okay with it, though, then I'll try to be nice. I don't bite much, I promise!

It should also be noted I'm one of those crazy people who knows fairly well how the English language works. So if you're having problems with your English, whether grammatically or stylistically, there's a chance I can help.

My strengths are in grammar, both technical errors and syntax-i.e., whether or not it flows. I'm good at moving sentences/phrases around so they sound good.

I also have a good ear for dialogue, and have a lot of practice with pacing from my own attempts at story-writing.

I have a horrible tendency to procrastinate. So, if I don't do something about your draft in two days, badger me a bit because chances are, I've forgotten all about it.

Also, sad to say, I can't help you in the humor department. I can tell you if it's funny or not, but as I'm not a comedian myself, I won't be able to give you any suggestions to improve the humor.

I suppose either a meaningful short story, or a longer story that your really want to be GOOD. Not necessarily a masterpiece, but something more substantial than Character A loves Character B, so they make out and stuff. Rather, something that has character development and an arc - an attempt to really tell a meaningful story.

But honestly, that's just preference. As long as it's not one of the things listed under "my cup of tea", then feel free to ask me about it.

No PWPs, no yaoi/slash/yuri, and no rape stories. Not to say I have anything particularly against them; just not something I want to deal with.

Also, no mindless action stories. Once again, I don't have anything against them, and in fact enjoy reading them on occasion, but I'll end up handing your draft back to you soaked in red ink (so to speak).
