As a long-time fanfiction beta reader, I can look for anything for you from style to technical requirements. I am also what you would call a "brit-picker" for Harry Potter or other fandoms or fanfics that require a British dialect or contain British characters and speak fluent French in addition to being a Francophone and American History scholar; I have studied journalism and creative writing as well as mythology. I have a keen eye for grammatical mistakes and a good feel for writing style. I speak fluent French, am a "Brit-picker" and have studied French History, American History, American Millitary History and the history and aircrafts of both WWI and WWII extensively.

Although I can spell fairly well, I am tethered to a dictionary if I don't know the correct spelling of any word. I also have a tendency to over look many "Mary-Sue-ish" traits.

I love mysteries and romances, if you can mix them, even better! But honestly, I'll read anything. It takes a lot to "bother" me, so to speak. Right now I'm looking for Firefly/Serenity fics mostly.

Stories not abiding traditional spelling or grammer rules. Anything particularly sexually graphic.
