i feel like qui gon is the best choice for gene but for anakin it should be Mace Windu

i feel like qui gon is the best choice. the others subscribe more to the tenets of the Order, which I feel wouldn't be a good match for Genesis's more cynical realist view of the galaxy. Qui-gon on the other hand supposedly is closer to following the Living Force then the code, which sounds to me like a concept that would resonate with a cynical young mind. Anakin on the other hand I think would do well with Yoda. an amusing and wise well learned being that can perhaps nurture anakins more positive traits and perhaps recognize his pains and fears early, and help anakin work through and thereby master them rather than tell him to just ignore his emotions.

When will there be a new chapter?

Yoda, Gene's Master should be

Mace Windu or Yoda. I say Yoda because he may know more diverse techniques than Windu who is more of a a power type. I would go a female if you had a harem pairing, but if it is not than Yoda would best suit him.. that or Yaddle.
