Not a bad start to the whole "Naruto is banished" genre. You might consider revisiting this one. I can almost guarantee that one of the reasons this one didn't get as much fanfare as "A Different Path" is because no characters and no pairing were listed. Unless you already have enough followers as an author, nobody would be able to find this, because nobody would know it's there. Characters and Pairings are the main search filters that are used, after all.

Back to reviewing the story: I wonder if Hinata is going to outright attack Hiashi, maybe while he's asleep or something like that, for his vote in banishing Naruto? Regardless of his reasons, it was wrong, and I hope Hinata cripples him for it so that he can regret it for the rest of his life. I also hope Kakashi or someone like him takes it upon himself to undergo a mission where certain hostile parties towards Naruto end up maybe "disappearing" and showing up days later...dead, killed in horrible ways.

Anywho, this is good work, and I think you should continue it. My suggestion to get more traffic to this one: add a few characters to the listing, then publish a chapter. More people will find it that way - as right now, they'd probably only find it through either your author alert, or if they read another of your stories.

Naruto banished from Konoha thanks to Hiashi's vote... he said that he had nothing against him and that he did that to avaoid a civil war, but as civilian can't fight against ninja, aren't you sure that he didn't do that to separate Hinata from her crush? And where will Naruto, Jiraya and Anko go now that the blonde is banished? Will it be the Land of Whirlpools, his mother's hometown, or did it became a part of the Land of Fire?

So I just read your newest exandu story, and you seem to be leaning towards Shizune for the pairing, which is a very solid choice. Shizune is one of the least used chicks on this site. However here it looks as if maybe Anko could be in the mix in future chapters?

if naruto ends up with hinata after being banished from the village or hinata follows him like a good little fan girl i swear i will shoot my fecking brains out, its just not realistic.
