This was so cool my sadistic side loved it heh heh anyways your writing style is cool and the plot was amazing too i dont think ive seen one like a 'vampire' kidnap torture merlin but i loved it. now all you have to do is find one more thing that will make your stories even more nice but for that you have to keep writing *wink* you'll know when you find it

This fic is absolutely fantastic and deserves waaay more reviews. It's well thought out, your villain is fantastic and evil, the plot is unique, and the relationships well done.

Brilliant. so much angst for Merlin - but just the right amount and not over the top - and the bromance was heart warming. Darian was certainly a nasty piece of work and as mad as a hatter!

Oh my God. You are officially my new favorite author. I was absolutely entranced till the end. I had my misgivings about Darian from the moment he was mentioned. I love every part of the story. The way you made it realistic, Merlin giving up then putting up a fight then giving up again and fighting again. Arthur's rescue. The knights breaking out of the enchantment. The way they all took care of Merlin. Their acceptance of the situation and moving on. The forgiveness parts. The Hunith scene. Everything. Thanks for a wonderful read.

This was really an amazing story, descriptive, and well-thought out! I hated Darian the second he intended to lay a finger on Merlin, and when he finally died...*squeal for joy* YESS! I was so happy that Merlin was safe again :D I really loved all the protective!Arthur and protective!knights scenes and the ending was plenty satisfying!

Because I really do. It truly is nice reading a good Merlin story with just friendship and protectiveness as themes. Protective knights (and Arthur) and hurt Merlin are my weakness! And your villain, Darian, was very well-reasoned. Well done with that.
And as a fellow Sir Leon-lover, I think you did a great job with his part in the story. ;)

Such a cute story! There was serious angst for quite awhile, but I am more than satisfied with the conclusion. I also like how Arthur and Merlin referred to each other as brothers. This story seemed so well thought out and I had a great time reading it!

this is one of the best merlin whump stories i've read yet. i especially loved the bromancy stuff with arthur and merlin. i hate reading slash, but i love strong brotherly relationships between the two.
