I really like the concept. I just wish your execution was better. You often tend to mix up past and present tense, and it's so prevalent that I'm unsure whether you're writing is meant to be narrated in such a jarring way. Things get especially dodgy around dialogue.
Spelling and grammar are plain terrible for much of this. Not so bad that I can't make sense of what you write, but it leaves me questioning if you've even bothered trying to edit this before posting. There are far worse on the site, but that doesn't excuse anything.
Just this chapter, you spelled the the eleven smuggler's name in two distinct ways, interchangeably. Athenril and Antheril is an easy mistake to make once, but it was consistent throughout the end of the chapter.
You seem to drop words and letters at random, to the point that I genuinely worry that it's your computer that's the issue, and not your writing.
Outside of simple mechanics, dialogue feels a bit stilted, but it's not terrible, aside from the aforementioned typos and tense errors that plague them. The characters feel alright, save for Dresden, who feels a little more brutish and a little less determined than normal. The pacing of the story feels a little too fast, but somehow the action seems to lack in places. Perhaps it's because you're moving so quickly that the action passes us by rather quickly.
I don't know how to fix the more elaborate problems, but the most glaring issues can be resolved with a good and dedicated beta, or setting aside an hour or two per chapter to edit, though it may be best to get an outside source for editing, as it's often easy to miss one's own mistakes.

Okay, this is a neat idea and I applaud you for making it real. I never really thought on the difference between Harry's magic and the magic of Dragon Age being comparable to strength of body versus strength of spirit. So, kudos to you for helping me expand my understanding of Dragon Age. Seeing as Harry won't be adding any elven to his family tree in this story, I figure even odds on him going for Aveline, or Isabella. Aveline, because a similar experiences, and Isabella because she can get Winter to wake up and try and tempt Harry to the darker side of his title. Know what, ignore Isabella she might get the town killed. So, commiserating with Aveline it is! Oh god. Snark plus duty, no one is safe to break the law any more. Lethal puns, and sword skills, with magic backing them up... Yeah, the underside of Kirkwall would just leave because any where is better than dealing with them, especially if you participate in the slave trade.

She's a woman possessed by an Elven Goddess as we find out in Inquisition.
