So far you're doing well for not having played the DLC(which you absolutely should), It follows the basic story idea of the Omega DLC while being different enough to make things more unpredictable. While I think you should go and play the DLCs for ME3(Omega is the best) just for reference's sake, I think you should keep to your more original rendition of it. It is a far cry more interesting than a lot of the story's that just follow the game perfectly without taking any liberties with the storyline.

I'm gonna admit, I really like this story so far( which, considering I can't stand a nerfed Naruto, is a pretty high compliment) but if you throw in an arch enemy on top of the nerfed Naruto, your gonna lose alot of readers.(especially if it's Sasuke.) Seriously, there's no need for Naruto to have an equal enemy when. He already has to deal with fucking REAPERS! I really hate it when people do that. Even if it was an OP Naruto( which it's not) adding an enemy who is just as strong completely defeats the purpose.
