This has got to be my all time favorite Daryl/OC fanfic! I feel like you captured Daryl's personality and characteristics perfectly while also creating a solid OC. Most of the time of I get tired of OC's that start off strong but lose personality as they meet Daryl and the group. However, Jess is exactly what Daryl needs but is a stand alone character with her own unique personality and distinctive characteristics. I just love how you portray Daryl and it is similar to how I view him in the show. I feel that he was very much in character and I truly enjoyed your writing style.

Overall, Daryl and Jess play off each other well while still maintaining their personalities. Which is what makes reading this fic an absolute joy. I can't wait to see how you work Jess into other Walking Dead events and how things will effect both her and Daryl. All I know is that I'm in love with this fic and character you created and cannot wait to read more about her and Daryl in the upcoming sequel. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to read more of your work!
