| Right What Is Wrong chapter 1 . 1/8/2018 Regarding the hovering, I think it's implied that, in D20 terms, the mere presence of Dementors induces instant INT and WIS penalties and requires a Will save to avoid simply giving up on life and waiting for them to get you. Fortunately HP wizards have special exemption clauses allowing them to drop below 0 INT and 0 WIS without dying, but it's still a rough time. Aside from that, I have no idea how one could summon the Patronus charm while gazing at... that... _ I think Harry's doomed... |
