I wonder if the Ouran Newspaper Club is involed/behind this case. The have a grudge with the Host Club (thats a connection) and have a desperate need for REAL news to report about for attention; plus they had evidence that the never gave the police or Chairman AND they claim that the kidnapper had wanted to meet. It IS pretty coincidental that they arrived in time to get blurry (non-helpful) pictures.

You know, That "glistening hair" clue really isn't much; especially when you consider how poorly worded it is.
GLISTENING HAIR:
does it belong to the kiddnapper or the victims?
is it silver like christmas tisel or silver like the white hair of an old person?
does it glisten because of glitter, hair product thats been used on it, or naturally that way?
what have DNA tests come up with? The hare can be used to determin gender.
if the hair is not blond then what color is it?
has the hair been dyed?
if a hair product has been used on it to make it "glisten" then what product was it & where could it have been bought?

I really like how your starting off on a serious note. I look forward to more.
A lot of crossovers start a little serious but then they go over the top and get sucked in & trapped by OURAN's frivolity or go sink into darkness darker than KUROSHITSUJI's meant to have.
Or the story stays a true masterpiece yet gets abanddoned.
