This is so so so SO awesome. Although I admit, I do wish Jackson had shown up at the end just because it'd be adorable to imagine his disgruntled and embarrassed expression as he looks at his daughter (LOVE her name btw, I am so going with that name for their daughter as my headcanon too, if you don't mind).

Anyway, I love how you handled this and how you wrote about Clara and April's talk. How Clara is not religious even though she obviously respect's April's beliefs and didn't even tell her about losing her virginity, but she also feels so much more free knowing that she can talk to April now. And her surprise at learning April hadn't waited until marriage hehe! :D I'm sure it made her see her mother as more human to know that she also made some mistakes, in the sense that every Christian has stumbling blocks of their own, even one with such faith as her mom.

So adorable to think she's stuck in a same best friends with benefits situation like her parents once were hehe ;) I hope it works out as wonderfully for her! And so cool to think she's in Peds!

I do wish we'd gotten to read a Japril moment of Jackson agonizing over what he'd seen hehe, and April reassuring him. Any chance of a chapter 2? Either way, this is simply the best. Amazing work.
