I'm really glad you had Noah added, I really liked the film and there should definitely be more fics! I loved Logan Lerman as Ham and this is a great portrayal of the character in my mind.

Beautiful, just perfectly written. When I watched Noah Ham was most defiently my favourite character bevuase of how human he was (and also because I think Logan Lerman is a good actor). Your fan fic is a great piece of work and I also hope you possibly write some more about Ham and his life after the ark. Awesome job :)

Oh, I've got it. I'm so stupid. I've read this for like four times already! Anyways, yeah, Noah's a good father to his children and I'm glad that Ila sang the lullaby song to her children just like Noah sang it to her before. Seems like that song made him realize that the idea of killing the baby if it was a girl is wrong. That was so dramatic.

Ham was to me the most human character in the movie

I love you. Thank you for getting a page for this movie. Now I can write my own stories for it. Na'el's death truly scarred me. But now we can fix this event for the better.

I've watched the movie as well and loved it! Its so complex, and many times I both loved and hated Noah. By the end of the movie, however, I have come to hate Noah due to his actions against Ham. From the beginning he has treated Ham as the throwaway son. Shem is his favorite since he is the oldest. Japheth is the baby of the family and adored Noah no matter what he did. Ila is his adopted daughter and is the future of mankind. Ham got the shaft. Noah says he "loves" his middle son but never takes into consideration his needs and wants, nor Japheth's when all is said and done. Noah has his Nameeh, Shem has Ila, and Japheth is too young to think about something like a wife. Noah said that he was reluctant to get Ham a wife because he is infected with Lust. I disagree. Ila said it best, Ham had noone. Ham just wanted someone to spend his life with. A companion. That's not too much to ask for for 10 years of devotion. But Noah did not care, not even when Ham finally left at the end of the movie. Sure he said his name at the end, but it seemed more like an afterthought than acknowledgement. Ila is my favorite character there (partly cause I am a huge Emma Watson fan, partly I love her character period), but my second favorite is Ham. He deserved more than what he got in the end. I can also see him doing as you said in your fic. He would becoming a better man than his father. He had seen the worse man has to offer through the actions of Tubal-Cain and his father. He knows not to emulate them and to become better. I hope he did find someone out there, and someday gets the satisfaction that he succeeded where his father failed (to become a good person). I really hope you do a second part or more to this fic. Perhaps decades later when Ham returns to his family on Noah's dying bed and shows his father that he turned out better than Noah ever would have. Ham tells him as he is dying that he has always hated him, and he wants Noah to remember that as he passes on. Justice. For Ham and Na'el.

I just saw the movie, and Ham is my absolute favourite character. I think you capture him beautifully. The scene with Na'el honestly shattered my heart, because I did think that she was going to make it onto the ark. Just the way he wouldn't let her go...my stomach literally dropped. But if you're planning to add any more chapters onto this, or maybe write another story for Noah featuring Ham, I definitely won't protest, as I'm now favouriting you as an author.
