AH POOR 2D OMG. Sorry, this story was really engaging and well written.

I couldn't do it. I could not read this chapter.
I have so many conflicting emotions about what's going on with 2D.
My gosh though this was an excellent story! Fantastic job! I loved every chapter of it.
Certainly one I will want to re-read at a later date.

I saw this story on AO3 earlier, and I liked it so much that I had to go looking for more Gorillaz stories! I like the way you write the characters' dialogue (with the slurring and mangled english and all, I can really hear the characters) and I love the scene in chapter 4 where Murdok takes 2D's virginity, very hot! It seems a little odd for Murdok to be growing a consience now though, and it was disappointing that he gave up so easily after 2D was rescued. Didn't even try to make good on his threats, poor thing. 'Course, I hate redemption stories to begin with, I like my villains to stay true to their selfish, black, shrivelled hearts. ;)

was iffy about the sorta non-con but I'm glad that this wasn't actually rape (to people reading this review- this chapter was dubious-consent so 2D was willing..sorta)

bruh i kept tearing up reading the previous chapters...and I don't blame 2D for not saying "ily" to Murdoc because he's totally right- why would someone who claimed to love you put you in a situation where you were "obligated" to have sex with them? idk Murdoc is an asshole and I'm mad at him.

okay so my only criticism is that you need to watch your capitalization and punctuation. that's it.

but oh my GOD I can't even believe what's happening. Murdoc- you're an asshole. you repeatedly violate the person you "love" and you brand them and kill them like wtf you need therapy. or jail time.
