I am blown away by this story. From your OC Lucy to the plot to the style of writing. Incredible. Really it is. You should carry this on as it’s hugely popular! Really well done on this! It’s full of mystery, passion, drama, beauty etc. This caught my eye a few years back and I re read it and I’m dying for an update! Thank you so so much!

Since finding this story again (I had started reading it, stupidly didn't follow/favorite, and then couldn't find it again...) I've actually devoured it. You're writing is superb and so poetic without it being too much so, if you know what I mean ;) Sorry, clearly I don't have your way with words, but I absolutely love this. I took me a while to get used to your characterisation of Glorfindel, but I've come to adore it. I really like Lucy as well, the way she grows and develops and struggles with all the mess thrown at her from all sides. I don't think I've ever come across a female OC quite like her, and I commend you for being brave enough to create a character who is so imperfect, flawed and realistic. She's so unique and I think her reactions - especially in the beginning are absolutely understandable, not too childish or anything; she was sixteen back then, for heaven's sake, hurt, grieving and in a place she didn't want to be, not to mention unable to understand anyone or make herself understood.
I realise it's been a while since you last updated this, and I absolutely understand that real life takes precedence, but I do hope you will find the time and muse to continue this someday. Thanks for writing this story! I hope you are well!

I absolutely adore your take on Glorfindel, it's such an original approach to his character. I also verily enjoy your characterization of First Age elves in general (Fingon and Maeglin stand out to me). Somehow, it all fits considering all the war mongering, fear and tragedy happening in that age of the legendarium. I love your OC and the themes you use. I love Lucy/Nimeleth and Glorfindel together. Wholesome, well written, just great! This story is very popular, and as is the case there will always be mixed opinions. Some more thoughtful than others. But that only speaks of the impact it has. All the best!
