This was one of the first pieces of Han/Leia fic I read and it struck such a chord with me that I recall to this day how it felt to read it the first time. Second time was just as amazing and so much emotional power in that ending. Thank you. I have had an enormously happy day reading :)

It is so awesome that I'm going to unreasonably and selfishly suggest that perhaps you write an epilogue, in the spirit of closure? Maybe a post-medical ward conversation between Han and Leia about their near-death experience? I know, I know I'm being so ridiculous in wishing for this, but you are a great writer! I love everything about this story. Beautiful writing, authentic characterisations, great story idea. I particularly love Han and Leia's internal monologues/thoughts/realisations about each other. I can totally see this leading up to the events of ESB. Well done!
