Main characters unite!

If you're doing a crossover of To Aru and Touhou, the notion "Lunarians created magic" would be contradictory.
Lunarians depend on the concept of Shinto and Buddhism in establishing their civilization, which is considered as magical applications of the Aeon of Osiris. Which means, Academic City itself is at least on equal footing to the Lunar Capital in the sense that Lunarians do not have AIM technology and anti-magic technology(It's unlikely that they've developed AIM technology since magic and AIM are incompatible - it would cause impurity to the capital. Kihara Noukan has the Anti-Art Attachment that knocks magic gods down with ease. Yorihime, Torihime and even Tsukuyomi himself should be vulnerable to the Anti-Art Attachment as well).
To Lunarians, Academic City is impure from the view of the Aeon of Osiris(Shinto and Buddhism). To Aleister, the Moon has been layered with phases, which he could tweak and manipulate using technology derived from his knowledge of the Aeon of Horus. Basically, the Lunarians, including their god Tsukuyomi might be right under Aleister's control without themselves realizing it, and Aleister might have indirectly used them to pit Gensokyou and the Outside World according to the Lunarians' view, which is essentially Aleister's view. Anyway, the story is quite interesting! Keep it up! I'm looking forward for the continuation!

Nice storyline but since you have combined Touhou and To Aru Majutsu no Index, then you should correct some things.
There are mixed up concepts that cannot be used in your story. But anyway I enjoy your reading. I'm sure you already received such reviews before (about mixed-up concepts and flaws such as Lunarians being the progenitor of magic in the ToAru verse etc :P) Anyway, I'm following this haha

Soooo I don't know anything about Tohou but this is Hilarious! Those References! It's funny! I actually used that in my story before reading this! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of that. I don't even care if this is crack, It's the good kind of crack you get addicted too!

Will Fantasy Killer become a bomb that just clears danmaku with shattering glass?

I've also wondered why there aren't so many Touhou TAMnI crossovers.
I mean, Gensou Goroshi (Fantasy Killer) and Gensokyo (Land of Fantasy) just had to be written more.
