I loved your narration, the little details fit in so naturally yet made it so much more. Thanks for the reading!

Yes, I agree. The world does need more Elrics with Team Mustang. This was wonderful. So sweet and fluffy and I loved it.

Blue Teller chapter 1 . 7/31/2017
While I enjoyed this story - there are way too few stories of Ed's interactions with Mustang's team, especially early in his State Alchemist career - I couldn't help but be constantly bothered by a significant flaw.
Ed would DEFINITELY have written with his left hand by that point. Why? Because he had to pass the freaking State Alchemist exam, one of the hardest tests in the country! And half of it was written! We saw several in the manga/brotherhood that Ed used his left arm to write while having automail, as well as him using the right before Human Transmutation, so there's no way this situation could have occurred in Mustang's office. I imagine this is one of the basic limitations Ed forced himself to overcome while in his recovery after the surgery, right after re-learning how to walk and practicing alchemy without a circle. Ed learned to be ambidextrous because he had to, just like he sped through the recovery to shorten it to one year. He's practically made of pure stubbornness and determination.
Forgive me my lack of the suspension of disbelief here, but it's so glaringly obvious to me I just can't help it. It's like writing a story where Ed had problem using his automail leg properly during the State Alchemist exam - I can't imagine in any circumstances it could have realistically happened.
Still, the story is definitely cute and heart-warning :) We definitely need more interactions with Team Mustang.
Jimelda chapter 1 . 6/29/2017
AH YAS! I love fics that focus on Ed's early days as a State Alchemist, and this one certainly did not disappoint. The early interactions between Ed and the soldiers and everyone on Mustang's Team before they all get to know each other were really well done. Nice work!
snowlikestardust chapter 1 . 6/29/2017
So cute! Request if you're still writing in this fandom: Ed struggling with his automail while in extreme hot or cold (either one) and the Mustang Team helping out.
Donni chapter 1 . 6/18/2017
thanks
Alex chapter 1 . 4/23/2017
This fic was a very nice piece of wrok. I never thought about how difficult this would! Also more Falman interaction is always great, thank you!
Donni chapter 1 . 4/19/2017
this is awesome! and it also addresses an issue which doesn't come up very often with the FMA fics I've read, which is very nice
Trudyann B chapter 1 . 4/13/2017
Really cute read! I appreciate the concept and the follow-through. :) It's these little glimpses into everyday life that I love best about fanfictions.
Donni chapter 1 . 2/17/2017
that problem never even occurred to me! this is a fabulous filling-of-the-gaps, thank you for sharing it!
