I like your first update, the storyline, from what you summarazed, soundso intestino and Im looking forward to an update. And just to make it clear Iruka doesn't know naruto? Meaning that Naruto doesn't know the rest of the gang? Oh and little Daisuke is so cute! He has his papa'se silver/ white hair! :]

Not a bad start. The fic reminds me of your other one, Syndicate, but with the roles reversed. I hope you continue both fics. I like the feudal(?) Japan setting in this one and see that you're incorporating some ninja elements into the world. I'm curious about the "awkward situation" Sasuke and Naruto will be forced into. Naruto is already engaged, so it doesn't seem like it will be marriage, and you said Sasuke comes from a lower class, so I doubt Naruto's upper class family would want a connection to him.

Also wondering how Naruto got so messed up? All we saw was him falling into a bush and then tripping afterward. (He seemed mostly okay before the story switched to Iruka.) Also wondering why he would knock on Iruka's door since he's a stranger to him. That was taking a pretty big chance because Iruka could have turned out to be a bad person or might have recognized Naruto and called his parents.

I'll keep an eye out for the next chapter!
