I don’t get how when Naruto tries, he can beat multiple Bijuu in a row, but he and his group can’t take on Itachi or Kisame.

I've gotta be honest. This isn't a true gamer story. This is merely a story You've thrown game elements into. The reason gamer stories are do slowly paced is because of the great detail they require, detail which you don't provide. Not only that, but you fail to show us his improvement. Does his hp and chakra never change? Why do we just get these random skill increases? Nothing feels fluid at all. The story has an interesting conceit but needs a complete rewrite.

The strength progression is impossible to track in your story. It also seems way to slow.

I do like the pairing though.

Then again I do not know what your objective was in writing this, I am sad you stopped...
Also using perk points is not to sudden because to be honest that is what perk point are meant to do.

That seems a little to dark just to kill him seriously... I mean that's like a middle finger to Naruto I mean having him get an ending and start in another world would be interesting, but giving him no bonus for it like a new game is a bad idea.

Doesn't he have 2 perk points to spend? I would grab lightning and wind if that were the case and at a later point swift release if possible to increase his speed with the liado.
