There are so many things I love about this sneak peak at this universe, like the fact Sesshomaru is mated to Kagome and are happily together after what looks like centuries if not millenia and watching over Inuyasha's descendants; that Sakumo has family that cares for him on a personal level but still decided to serve under an ungrateful ninja village; that Kakashi was waiting for his father to commit suicide in shock and that he inherited Inu no Taisho's demonic markings; or the fact that he's going to be trained to his full potential and has the Sesshomaru approved posibility of bringing out his demon blood to the point of being comparable to a true demon or hanyou.
God, I so want a continuation but this small glimpse was good on its own way. Kudos!

How is Sakumo related to Sesshoumaru if the latter has only 1 known sibling & that is Inuyasha? Is Sakumo Yasha's son or is there a third sibling who happens to be Sakumo's parent? Also, which of his parents is the unknown sibling?

I was just about having a happy coniption at the summary and moved to have a full giddy fest while reading only to get shocked and mildly disappointed by the implied long lasting practically immortal relationship between Sesshomaru and Kagome along with the implication that Inuyasha is dead. Like...why tho? I do not understand the appeal to that ship. Ah well...this was almost perfect. I like the way you write.

This reason fir wearing his mask I really like I wonder who was the mate of Inuyasha?
And if Seshomaru had children.

Who's Sesshoumaru's mate? I could see it being Kagome or Kikyo by that description
