Kudos! You did a great job at portraying how Logan might be dealing with the aftermath of all of this. If you don't mind, tho, I am curious as to how you would have continued, if you had intended this to be a multi-chapter story.

I'm glad you wrote this conversation, I think it needed to happen. Even though the new future is better, it would still suck to lose everything from the other future and still remember it...anyway I think you got everything down really well. I enjoyed reading this.

It's amazing. The end is also very sad. The fact that Jean doesn't have this attraction to him is sad... Keep writing jean/logan,I love it!

That would mean some serious changes to the timeline. I always imagined that Logan went his own way after all that, and most things still happened the same, up until X-Men 2. I guess we'll all have to wait until the next movie to (hopefully) get some more information on this new timeline.

The movie left the aftermath hanging, so it's great to see this. I love the converdation between Logan and Charles.

Charles is great here! I'm really loving the merging of two versions of him - the young and adult one. I really could see them as one after DoFP.

I'm crying and not just a tear or two, but real streams of salt water are escaping my eyes right now...

And Jean! my baby... so genuinely worried & at the same time interested in possibility? Immutable - that's about right!

Nice job! I did wonder how logan would adjust to the new present. After all the war and loss and suffering he went through it wouldn't be easy for him to blend in to the new time line. Great job!

I've never been clear on exactly how much of Jean was in the Dark Phoenix. Was it really her or was it using her as a meat puppet? Did Jean fall of Logan or, and this is the most extraordinary thing, was it the Phoenix itself?

Oh yes! I was really hoping I'd find some aftermath ff! Can't wait to see how this turns out!
