The candy apple prank just isn't enough. I'm thinkin' that Sheldon had it right the first time... sue their asses! Penny was injured and they posted the joke/evidence for everyone to see!
As for the Penny and Sheldon... beautifully bittersweet. I'd love more, but isn't that the mark of a
good one-off? Nicely done!

This was a fantastic fic. Loved it.

In some universe, they got together, and were happy together. In another universe, they got together, and broke up because their differences couldn't be overcome. In yet another universe, they married their respective partners, and decades later, when they were the only ones left, realised they had loved each other for a long, long time, and finally gave in to that. There are many different universes, with many different possibilities. Probably there is even a universe out there where Penny is the nerd, and Sheldon the social butterfly!

You know, This could be drawn out. A suggestion if I may.
Since you're good with science terms. write this story again. In alternate universe.
And then again, in another universe. And each one COULD be with an different outcome or the same outcome with different variations.
Amy catches them.
Then Raj.
Then Bernie.
Then maybe NO ONE catches them...:)

But as many Shenny fics over the years have shown, no matter the universe, no matter the time or setting, Sheldon and Penny connect. An irony that a man afraid of a germy touch could be so intimate. A contradictory that a Big Ol' Five could be so patient. They're enigmas. They're dreamers. And in your story, true to form. Hope the slave drivers allow you another respite sometime soon!

That wasn't a prank! That was criminal mischief. The guys should be legally charged. They were fully aware of their actions and knew what the out come could be. Anyway, whatever. You showed how much Sheldon and Penny care and are drawn to each other. And how long they have been dancing around their feelings, I like that. Hopefully they may find they can live in the right universe, after all.

Very good. The prank was extreme (by Leonard, Howard and Raj) but the chemistry between Penny and Sheldon is definitely there.
