Ha. Rumlow vs Thor. That fight might last...two seconds. Three, tops. Unless he has some sort of godkiller armour/weapon such as the destroyer gun.
Hopefully, you can have Peter & Carol meet up in person before they meet in costume. Though, a nice detour from the norm would be to have them both recognize each other's voices immediately. They could simply rip each other's masks off right in front of the avengers.
Something else I'd like to see is maybe Peter working for Janet (or Tony), as opposed to Jameson.

I'm surprised that you went with the Ben Reilly-style outfit, as opposed to the classic Spider-man look (Will he be adopting that later?)
I may have said this before, but it looks like there's the potential for some Wasp/Captain America romance. even though he still has to get over the loss of Natasha. And the fact that he has to find his son & possible grandchildren. Hopefully the stark family will be able to help him there somewhat.
I hope that Jessica can get her own storyline in here somewhere, instead of being shunted to the side as Carol's best friend.

Nice Stark and Trask interaction. That would be something I'd like to see more of because of how beast Dinklage was.

Anyway...this story, I will say, promises to have a bit more depth and detail & plot than "Avengers Assemble." The bit with the flashbacks of heroes appearing was nice. And I especially approve of introducing Cap as you are. Is the union going to be similar to the orginal you planned?

Well there's not much I can say here. I'm not sure that the notion of Jan & Tony being siblings is necessary. They could simply have been business rivals/frienemies.

I hope the next Chapter brings in the other members of the cast (Thor, Spider-man & Ms Marvel.)
