I love the story. Though I'm a little irked by the grammar mistakes, I can't really care much because I love the story. This is so good. I don't have much to say as some of my stories are the same way, but I think you should put a little more detail in the chapters. But eh, you're writing the story not me.

-please don't take this the wrong way? I mean it in the nicest possible way. I'm no writer. But I am an avid reader- Is the way you repeat this phrase;
…"he/she couldn't believe what he/she was seeing/hearing"...

While I absolutely love the story you do repeat this phrase and/or some variation of it a lot.
If you found another way to express to what the characters felt in those moments, What Time Can't Stop would be perfect!
As I said, I mean no disrespect.
It's the only criticism I have.

Very good, but again you are over using phrases that could easily be taken out of the sentence. For instance "Goku couldn't help but smile," could be "Goku smiled at the two/scene,".

I'm enjoying the story so far, but 'can't help but notice' is used repeatedly to the point its in nearly every paragraph- its distracting. This isn't meant to be rude but a genuine piece of criticism. I still plan to read it though.

Frieza killed so many people, both directly and indirectly. I hope it'll work too.
