| Sylphrena33 chapter 14 . 6/29/2019 I really like this. I love the way you've created Jack's past and his memories. I like how you've shown that he's always been good with children, and how protective he is of Emma. It just makes it all the more heartbreaking when he dies and it's alone for 300 years with no memories of his past. That scene with Emma and Mopsey at the end of the last chapter was so sad! I've always felt awful for Jack because during the time his family was alive and he could have watched over them, he had no memory of them. You've highlighted this well, and I'm really enjoying this story. Great job with this. I think this has a lot of potential, you should finish it! |

Though, I do have to be a wee bit annoying and point out that Jack drowned three hundred years ago and the first fleet only arrived in Australia two hundred and thirty years ago. So, no one would have heard of a kangaroo when Jack was a live, let alone known what one looked like. Otherwise, I absolutely love this! |
