But can I just point out that the reason behind season 4 feeling 'rushed' was because they literally had THREE WEEKS of planning/filming/editing after the end of season 3b to bring season 4... that is why they have taken nearly a year between season 4 and season 5.

I almost think that the Benefactor is Gerard himself. It would be interesting to see him come back, more evil than ever xD, but I also think it's someone who we may not see coming. I can't wait for the next chapter though! Definitely looking forwards to it!

Don't know if Chris Argent is the said he arrived on Scott's text. Maybe Gerard, he isn't doing the actual killing since he's wheelchair bound, he could be the mastermind.
Kate is definitely NOT because even though she's an evil mastermind, she's too impulsive...it isn't helpful that she's still adjusting to the life of a were-jaguar.

This episode reminds me of Season 2 when Scott and Stiles attempted to catch Kanima! Jackson. Ahh...good memories.

I honestly think Chris Argent is the benefactor because maybe he's seeking for vengeance or something. Maybe the death of Allison triggered something in him, making him want to kill all the supernaturals in Beacon Hills. Well, that's what I think but it could also be Gerard.
