I just wanted to say thank you for this story, I understand that you may never continue in with it, but I have enjoyed it for years now. your version of summer camp is so much more exciting, i decided to work at a summer camp last summer and essentially 2 months of children fighting to sit in your lap any chance they get or piggy back rides, lots of piggy back rides.

The last chapter had been sitting for aaages in my inbox, now I'm sad there ain't more. Reaally loved this fic when I first started reading it.. like a century ago lol. But you know.. I still dig it.. a lot! I just miss this cast.. especially Gail Peck's snark :')

So happy to read this story again but of course sad that Gail just left with her mother without even trying to see Holly. And her texts were extremely lame. If I was Holly, I think I'd be pretty sad at Gail's lack of effort with all of it.
I hope Gail makes it right in a big way for once when she sees Holly next (and remembers and doesn't shy away from the fact that she told her she loves her-even though high at the time). It's time for her to make a stand with her mother and even more importantly, make a stand for Holly and their relationship.
Thank you for picking this story up again. We've all missed it!
