Glad to see a new chapter come out, and I'm really liking Dirk. He's an average guy, doing mostly average stuff for extraordinary people. Everyone forgets how much the little guys matter, like forgetting to add toilets to a submarine (something you'd definitely regret later). Keep up the good work!

Karma is a bitch. no matter how you look at it, she will always strike back when you least expect it for even the most insignificant thing. and since Doug here is kind of 'the bad guy' for this actual job, and yet he has good things coming his way... I suppose something will happen soon to balance everything. Battle of Beacon perhaps?

I wondered if he would ever question his role in life, or at least with what he is currently doing. Although i kind of did not expect an existencial crisis all of the sudden as a way deal with the subject. I suppose this will count as a step in finding his true resolution in life. but with his luck, i doubt the next one is gonna be so easy.

I like Doug. I'm not sure if you're doing tests or something, but I want this to be updated before the other stories

For a second i thought those were teresa or nicole seeing that they were test subjects. but it took me quite a while to remember from which chapters of resolve those names sounded familiar... well more like Rita's since it was a common name, shame i can't say the same about Xi.
