The setup at the beginning was strong but it starts to fall apart when you keep throwing forced conflicts upon the relationship of the main characters (i.e., Harry & Daphne.)

A grieving widower's attempt at a second chance to be happy is a solid premise, but not much has been explored further on Harry's loss, his possible shame and guilt when he is trying to move on from Ginny (who you setup as a wonderful loving partner only to start to backpaddle their possible incompatibility in the later chapters).

All the afterward, tack on dramas change this story from being The Notebook to The Grey's Anatomy.

This is a cluster fuck. The relationships between characters are not written well. They are done just for the sake of some highschool like drama and to postpone Harry and Daphne as a couple even tho' by all accounts they should of been together already.

A very well-written introduction. I see many ways that this could end and well I know that they currently all true until you write, I am eagerly awaiting the next installment.

Started this story cause i was still high from Bleeding Red and Gold and thought this story might be as far so i don't like 't mind the story setting too much but very few people on this website can pull it by a few,i mean nearly nobody.I liked how you handled things in Bleeding so i said i'll give it a ,the main point of stories like this is to create drama around the fact the main male and main female protagonist might not end up together,with a few other things going on to push them together.

I don't feel like this was portrayed too well in this story so far,as Harry has gotten to the point where he admits his feelings for Daphne and is looking forward to seeing her.I don't think Aurora has got any chance with Harry,they haven't had any real moments in the story and even though Harry knows there's something between them,there's nothing to suggest it's anything meaningful or that Harry has mutual 't say that Aurora might like his hero image more than Harry himself since they've gotten close enough over the last while

As for 's been more or less in love with Harry for a good long ,Kevin saved her from being raped or worse but so would anyone with a moral least i hope they would. Daphnes feelings for Kevin seem to be purely based on some physical attraction reinforced by Daphnes belief that she owes ,when you write about Daphne thinking about Kevin,there's nothing substantial in it or at least nothing that would threaten her relationship with since they're renewed contact,Daphne didn't think about Kevin once when she was thinking about Harry.

As for Kevins own feelings,he seems like an ok from saving Daphne,there's nothing too special about 's nothing to really there to cause someone to like him more than Harry or be more than neutral towards his attraction to Daphne seems purely physical,as all his thoughts about just seem mention that Daphne was relationship with Daphne is very real a pretty girl out,ask her out,hope for the best cause the worse case scenario is this is a fictional romance,so it doesn't work.

Here are my final Kevin nor Aurora are in a postion to dispute Harry and Daphnes feelings for each other and seem to be there to just create drama and a bit of strain of Harry and Daphnes is no actual reason for Daphne or Harry to like their secondary love interests more than each since they're going to be alone for the better part of two weeks on a cruise to one of the,in my opinion,most romanticized places in the something happens before or during the trip,Kevin and Aurora will have little to no significance in a romantic setting..And if something does happen,it needs to be done this point, i don't believe the love square being able to stop the trip unless Daphne is seriously hurt and incapable of that doesn't happen,as i know exactly where the story would go from that point on and i don't think i want to read that.

Well,that's what i think.I was pretty tired when i was writing this,so maybe some points i have aren't too thought out and i do feel a little biased since Harry/Daphne somehow became my favorite pairing and i've read so much fanfiction that cliches,no matter how minor,stir up a storm in hope that this love square doesn't go on for the whole story,since you could have them them getting over it and facing the assassins and insane Cho Chang really to see the next chapter soon and i'll see ya next time!

I'm a sucker for Harry/Daphne pairing but there is something in the way you write Aurora Sinistra that also made me root for her, at the same time made me feel bad for her. For I know this is after all a Harry/Daphne story. Maybe because I am intrigued to where a former student-teacher relationship can lead when they became colleagues. Anyways, I can't wait for the next chapter! Longer chapters please! :)))

No problem with Draco changing and I don't think you need to be worried about it (half this site loves Draco if the word "slash" means anything to you). However, I didn't like Hermione here. I understand her being mad about the public display but not believing him when he explained what happened and then saying that she'd always stand by him (felt like a slap in the face). And what's up with that reaction to the person he chose to get intimate with? Does Hermione care more about Daphne than Harry? Cause that's what if feels like with what she said. Also completely brushing past his worry about her being missing for the last few days; he had nightmares about her being tortured and killed for goodness sake!
