I still have a ways to go, so I'm trying not to judge harshly, but I'm really not liking the blind faith from serena. It was something I always hated in the games. Paragon path is blind faith and renegade path is reject relationship. It didnt make sense, there should have been a middle ground where a serious argument and some soul cleansing discussion could happen and they work through problems and build a new relationship.

Obviously there's still a ways to go but... this version of liara should definitely not go back to shepard, and shepard should not take her back. It would be the epitome of selfish to draw liara back into that world.

The depth of Liara's grief was so well told; the despair and loss and feelings of helplessness. I've come to love Zhira and Sen and can't wait to read more of this saga. I think I saw the next instalment was on hiatus but I'm going to read anyway and hope that your muse inspires once more. You are a gifted writer. Thanks for sharing that.

I finished this story last night and I have to say that it was quite the journey. I have only just finished my first playthrough of Mass Effect 2 and 3 and needed to somehow cushion the blow from the heartache. The second game was so fun and I thought a story based on it would be a nice place to start. Not having read many other ME fics, I think it's still safe to say that this has to be one of the best ones. You write so handsomely and I haven't had my heart touched like this in a long time. You have accomplished in your endeavour to make me FEEL. Thank you. Your mind is beautiful.
